This business was taken over by a new owner last year and when we visited the dealership the owner told us how they were going to provide the best service to RV owners because they were tired of the poor customer service they had experienced as full time RV'ers. My husband and myself decided to trade our 2019 GD Momentum in for a new special order GD Solitude 380FL and contacted the owner of Four Seasons to see if he could assist with the special order purchase we wanted to place, after my husband left messages in regards to this we never could get a call back, we assumed he didn't need our business so we went to Idaho to do the trade as they were very happy to get our business. We have owned our new RV for 3 months and are in need of warranty work. My husband called Four Seasons 3 times trying to get some assistance but received no call backs. Today my husband reached Toby in Service and after being put on hold Toby got back on the line and informed my husband that because we did not purchase our RV at their dealership that we were put on the bottom of the list for service and it would be next year before they could do anything. Toby told my husband that if we needed service now that we could take our RV back to Idaho for service. I'm sorry but is that good Customer Service or just someone being rude and unprofessional! Maybe Toby could take a course in providing good customer service and professional phone etiquette. What happened to the owner promising changes at this dealership. This is a Grand Design dealership and they should provide service as promised by Grand Design to all Grand Design owners. We will be reporting this atrocious Customer Service to Grand Design and the better business bureau. We will also be letting our RV groups know and any other public outlet of the worst and most unprofessional RV dealership we have ever encountered. If this is how the owners treat and allow their employees to treat customers they will be out of business like the previous owners. The owner needs to remember they are not the only Grand Design dealership in Kansas. The only reason I left one star is so this would post, I would leave this business no stars due to the fact that the owner is unresponsive and the employees are rude and unprofessional. Show less
