I own a 2023 Airstream Flying Cloud 25'. I was experiencing severe electrical issues - turning on the hot water made the bathroom lights strobe, refrigerator turned off and on constantly, tv turned off at will, radio turned on at will and propane/CO alarm went off frequently. Additionally, I inquired about adding a 3" lift to the trailer. John Lourenssen, Service Manager, scheduled the appointment for 2 days later. I anticipated a 3-4 night motel stay (weekend included), however, John called later the same afternoon - Mark found a faulty ground, he repaired it and the electrical issues were fixed. The lift was installed the following morning and I was able to pick my Flying Cloud up later that afternoon. John called 2 days later to make sure everything was still working well.
