This dealership uses ads that are outdated. We have contacted them several times about a particular RV/motorhome. They state it is sold but yet they continue to advertise it and also lower the price. This is a waste of a buyers time. They are trying to sell other RVs in their lot off of this ad. Show less

After I bought my 2021 Kz Gold it had a bad water leak. I called them they said to bring it back and they would get it worked in. I'm from Kansas. If I do I loose my spot at the lake. They never called back to see if it got fixed they could care less. They got there money. By far the worst dealer I've been too. Sales people where great. They got there money. I traded in our mobile suites by far the biggest mistake. I trade it back in for 2022 beacon. Went to look at it months later when it came in. Arm looked like it was about to fall off I showed our salesman about it. Went back weeks later when they said it was done. After waiting for hours it was not ready to pick up. We had to get a motel room. Promised it would be ready at 8 am next day. We got there at 9 it was not done. It had not ever been cleaned up. Trim falling off arm still looked the same. Had to ask for a walk through. I have problems with it . I emailed pics to Bridgette nothing has been done. I've called left Keith service manager a message to call me nothing has happened. No return call. Call the yesterday ask to talk to gm buddy the lady took my number for them to call. Day 2 no call. This our 7th new rv will NOT go back to Floyd's. One year later and my opinion has changed a lot. As good as their sales team was the service side is nothing but lip service, always promising a call back and telling you anything to get you off the phone. 10 months after buying our trailer the fridge went out and here it is going on 4 months and still no working refrigerator! My trailer sat at the dealership for the last 2 months and all that was done was my tongue jack was changed out which makes me think they damaged the original some how. Mud tracked all through the trailer. Also got the trailer back with a flat tire. The dealerships remedy was to just put air in it but no concern on why it went flat in the first place. It had a nail in it but it was covered in so much mud that it was not visible. I have been given multiple excuses as to why it is taking so long to get repair parts and that the parts are not available. I spent 5 minutes on the internet and found a new control board. I should not be having to repair a brand new trailer that was covered by the original warranty. So glad I did not waste my money on their extended warranty after this experience! If they ever resolve this I will come back and update my review. Original Review: My wife and I went to the dealership and were treated great! I purchased a new Toy Hauler from Chris Buckmaster. Salesman was kinda ok. Very pushy. Was told the RV was "special order" oh it was special things started falling apart immediately. When I asked for help and told them what was wring I got the runaround from 4 different people. No service help. Nothing. Useless. Show less

Purchased Sept 2021 a RV, right away had issues and gave a list from tv, refrigerator, 3 seats in need of repair, outside doors not closing and rust present. Returned it and was told all was fixed and it was not. Had to be on our way due to work. We’re told they would order stuff and repair. Called at a later date and absolutely no follow through. Once the sale was done they do not care. Very incompetent! After we picked it up and we’re told parts on order the aqua hot broke and the duct tape came off on their “so called repairs” and tv In main living room is still cutting out! They had to even rewire our towing vehicle bcuz it was dead at every stop. Again I would not recommend this bunch for anything!!! Very incompetent! Show less

I went to Floyd's to look at options and ended up finding the perfect trailer for my needs. The entire process was pretty easy from looking at trailers, negotiating price, financing and finally delivery. The rest of this review is based on the trailer that I purchased. I love the trailer and its the perfect size for my needs. I will give you my top 5 likes and dislikes. LIKES 1) 12 volt fridge, I never turn it off and it is always stocked with food and ready for the next adventure. 2) The electric fire place/heater works amazing is relaxing to watch as your winding down for the night. 3) The trailer tows very well. 4) The electric tongue jack and electric stabilizers are very handy especially with my back and knee problems. 5) I love the large pass through storage at the front of the trailer. DISLIKES 1) The mattress is hard as a rock and junk. 2) The black tank flush is on the right side of the trailer and needs to be on the left so that it is accessible when dumping the tanks. 3) The outdoor shower needs to be on the left side of the trailer, that way when it is used it doesn't create a big puddle of water right be the rear entry door. 4) The table that goes between the 2 couches in the garage portion of the trailer was missing, the tool to lower the under-mount spare tire was missing and half of the hardware that is used to secure the couches in the upright position was missing and never installed. My dealership took care of these issues but it is a quality control issue from the factory. 5) Sorry don't have a fifth one. Show less
