I should have canceled the purchase of my 2023 Autumn Ridge 180BHS after the sales manager Russ, told me "you get what you get, when you buy the low end of the RV's" Yes, there were issues. Cabinets, walls, putty marks on every nail hole, kitchen window, screen and a safety item. A gas line that is falling down underneath the unit in danger of possibly being torn off by road debris. However, it was the statement from Russ that seems symptomatic of some of the staff including the service manager, Chris. All I wanted was good customer service after the sale. What I got was argumentative and non-committal verbiage on many steps trying to get warranty work done. On one issue, what I ended up with was very questionable workmanship that I would not accept. ( I can do photos. So now the unit is parked until I can risk driving it to the dealer and hour away to fix this and finish other warranty work, These are the facts as I remember them. Show less

I would not recommend any purchase. We purchased a Jayco flight 2021 it came with warranty as if it was brand new, we also purchased with extended warranty. On our first trip (less then 60 days) the front rock guard came off due to just being held in by staples. I feel they should stand behind their product and this issue should be between Tacoma RV and Jayco. I reached out to 2 people and get "sorry nothing we can do your warranty/extended don't cover this." We own a business and strive for good customer service. Last we were told 6-8 weeks and now going on 12 and still no replacement. Nor have had any communication from them. My husband and I have reached out 4 times. We have a quote of 2800$ to pay out of pocket. Show less
