I should have canceled the purchase of my 2023 Autumn Ridge 180BHS after the sales manager Russ, told me "you get what you get, when you buy the low end of the RV's" Yes, there were issues. Cabinets, walls, putty marks on every nail hole, kitchen window, screen and a safety item. A gas line that is falling down underneath the unit in danger of possibly being torn off by road debris. However, it was the statement from Russ that seems symptomatic of some of the staff including the service manager, Chris. All I wanted was good customer service after the sale. What I got was argumentative and non-committal verbiage on many steps trying to get warranty work done. On one issue, what I ended up with was very questionable workmanship that I would not accept. ( I can do photos. So now the unit is parked until I can risk driving it to the dealer and hour away to fix this and finish other warranty work, These are the facts as I remember them.
