Bought new 18 ft cargo trailer Decent price but got home 4 hrs had flat They did give us a spare but no bolts as aluminum rim and steel rims take different bolts . They said would reimburse us never got anything. Have trailer in central Ab notice siding was coming off talked to them they said they made arrangements to take to Allen Dale trailers they knew nothing about it and said we weren’t ther customers so more or less take a hike .Talked to owner at Toys for Boys said he would take care of it . Showed up next day to talk to him and would not talk to us was very nervous as there where other customers in store Had to deal with sales lady she gave us numbers for manufacturing and warranty in the states Called them said they would help and deal with Fast toys for boys They were good . We would never ever purchase anything again from them and if we can will take trailer back to them Have talked to other customers and have heard horror stories about them If you purchase anything from them get warranty and anything else in writing to cover your ass as they will not help in anyway they thought we would go away quietly WRONG Be very Leary and careful Show less
