From the first conversation we had with Drake in the sales department in June 2021, Drake was the best. He promised us the sales price and held that price for 3 months until our house sold when we drove from Georgia across 4 States to purchase from them. We had some warranty issues and a small collision 💥 with the Raptor we bought from them. All reviews I'd read prior to buying this 5th wheel from Keystone were unfavorable. One person said it took a whole year to get repairs completed on their 5th wheel. Kade in the service department had about 10 issues under warranty and the collision damage and finished in only 15 days Thanksgiving week! What a class act this place is! All I can say is if you had problems with your Keystone or 5th wheel, you blew it by not purchasing yours from Family RV in Sweetwater Texas! Show less
