Very Disappointed! (This review is only for sales and service) We contacted Family fun RV about a toy hauler we were interested in and Shane promptly responded. We communicated back and forth for about an hour on Marketplace and we put a $1000.00 deposit down on it plus $30 for using a credit card. This was Sunday evening. We told him we would take care of the financing first thing Monday, which we did. Our credit union that we got the loan through ran both mine and my husbands credit and approved our loan. They told us the paperwork was ready and we could sign first thing Tuesday morning at 10:00. I messaged Shane to update him Monday afternoon and he responded back that someone else already sold it. He apologized and said they are getting another one in in August (2 months away). So why did I bother giving a deposit to hold it? There is no excuse for this. Very poor customer service. So Monday night we got online frantically looking for another dealership that had a toy hauler we liked for around the same price since we already had the loan approved and we’re signing the paperwork the next morning. Then we found out from other dealerships that this is common with certain dealerships. They get someone offering more money so they take it. I’m not saying that is what happened but how hard is it to let the other sales people at your dealerships know your taking a deposit so consider this sold. I also contacted the Family Fun RV to complain to a supervisor or the owner and was told by Jerry that he would relay the message in an hour to someone that could call me back. Well surprise, surprise, no one ever got back to me. So that is the reason for this review. We found another toy hauler that was even nicer for a similar price but instead of 5 hours away, it’s 13 hours away. At least we didn’t have to go through the loan process all over again. Show less
