Look I have been talking with these guys for a week and they never once told me the slide out was completely broken and if you slide it out it will drop to the ground and the roof is leaking so bad it is molded in it so bad you can not go in for to long and they never even told me anything about it I drove a hour and a half to get there and they could have been the ones that say hey this is the problem and even the guy that showed it to me even said it isn't even worth 500 and he said they would not allow him to tell people how bad it is the point is they will not tell anyone about it and make people drive for hours to go see it and walk away as soon as they see it and they should not be allowed to even be allowed to be on RV dealers anything they are the worst place I have ever been to Show less

They have had my boat for almost FIVE months now to reset engine lights that that came on. They let it sit outside (pontoon) and with all the rain and freezing temps the water froze and split the cover. I would not recommend there service dept. To anyone. Worst I've ever experienced. Show less

This experience was not at all a good one I bought a 2022 travel trailer in may of 2022 right off the show room floor took it out first time grease water tank leaked got that fixed took it out again the slide out busted well got that fixed took it out the 3rd time the slide out broke again a ripped the carpet bid scratch on floor it took several months to get a flooring company out there really to many issues to write about it has been there since October 2022 it is now may 2023 said it was done but guess what I was told even thou I wasn’t satisfied that I needed to pick it up or I will be charged storage fees the GM Tarl was very rude and jessica wasn’t much better called her yesterday hung up on me when I confronted her about that management told her not to talk with me anymore so I’m k that’s how they work kinda dumbfounded me buyer please be aware pay attention to the reviews the bad ones anyway so correct I will never suggest this place to anyone customer service is not a word to use for them on a good note JR is a very nice man he was more helpful than anyone I have felt with there to bad the other are not like him he needs to be the head honcho Show less

We purchased our first camper with this dealership recently and wanted to give our review. We got the Aspen Trail 17BH in Rockwood TN, which is a few hours drive from our home. We first talked with Brandon and he totally won us over through texts and checking on us and keeping in touch through the whole experience. He is one of the new guys; super enthusiastic and sincere. The main salesman we dealt with was Nicholas. He seemed to genuinely care about his customers. When we hit a bump in the road, so to speak, he worked with us and took care of us. He's a good guy. Les also was there as a salesman, starting with answering our newby questions about all the different campers to walking us through paperwork. Micheal did more of the end financial paperwork and covered all that knowledgeably and sincerely, with integrity. When we went to pick up the camper, Devin was the guy who showed us what we needed to know about our camper. He did not rush us or mind showing us the even the basic things. He clarified even simple things, and helped us with whatever we asked about. (He didn't want us to go off and do something stupid, lol. ) He knows the product well and we even had a few laughs as he got us set up. He was super thorough and just a pretty cool guy. All in all, all of these guys did an excellent job and seemed to get along with each other pretty well. Keep it up, guys. Show less
