I honestly believe these folks sold us a factory second unit. We are out of state so we had the RV ( Dutchman Voltage 4145, 2022) delivered. Upon arrival we found the battery DOA. It would not take a charge which means NOTHING worked. I had to go buy a battery before we could do anything including the Jacks. Th3 RV was dirty, full of factory scraps, debris, shavings, loose screws, missing screws, I’ll fitting trim a bowed floor, rear ramp door only engages on one lock not 2 and both couches were bolted to the floor in such away that they can not be reclined. The screen door on the back door would not latch. The radio speakers only work in the garage area. The garage bathroom door latch was non functioning and clearly missing parts. Oh and don’t expect the toilet paper holders to be installed “ they do that at the factory “ , only they didn’t,. They charged us to some phony inspection prep fee of nearly 2k to ensure everything was correct. As if! What a scam. No one called us back after several calls to them. Nothing on the dead battery. If you choose to purchase an RV from them, stay close and watch closely. You will have to hold their feet to the fire to make it right. Show less
