Worst Place EVER.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. no communication, they said they needed 2 weeks to get my trailer ready for me to take home, i had to call 2.5 weeks in then he set it up, then i arrived the unit wasnt ready they was steal cleaning the inside, they never washed the outside, there where bugs in the cabinets, some of the inside light are burnt out, the 12 volt system not operating without power, i paid to have it coated and sprayed on the inside, it was never done. The heat pump system shuts on and off constantly and will not heat or cool at all. it rained and i have 3 windows leaking water. when i went to leave they said they would close it up to take home, after getting home the TV wasnt lowered, the refrig wasnt locked in, the chars where laying everywhere. You cannot trust Explore USA Alvin at all. They will lie to you every chance they get. Said they were waiting on parts from factory and when I called factory to confirm, found out that parts had not even been ordered. Unit will sit for months and never get touched. Had repairs that did not require any parts and after 6 weeks, nothing done at all. Even after contacting General Manager to let him know what was happening.... no call back, nothing corrected/resolved. Had to pick up RV and take somewhere else to get repaired. Show less

So signed papers on our new rv and starting to see a deceptive trend with this company where consumers sign the paperwork then a lengthy waiting period (weeks/months) before actually receiving their rv “working kinks out”. Starting on week 3 of our waiting period. Explore USA Alvin 🤬. Show less

Got my RV on 6-25-19 and I am very pleased with how everything was handled. Very professional and polite Ryan Eagan was awesome!! Applied and approved within the same day. Travis assisted us with inspection answered all our questions, our tour went well. And last Daniel Aldrich was very great! I will refer as many people as I can to this location. The entire staff was very nice with smiling faces and lobby was super clean and smelled really nice. Thank you guys I am very pleased with my RV. Show less
