Bought my RV brand new from ExploreUsa in 2016. They have previously done all warranty and required repairs and service WAS great. Bought my RV brand new from ExploreUsa in 2016. They have previously done all warranty and required repairs and service WAS great. Getting them to answer the phones this week has been a lot of wasted time. No one in their service department returned my call yesterday, nor answered my first 2 phone calls today. When I got my service rep on the 4 th attempt, he said my unit was ready. They’ve had it for over 2 weeks after I made an appointment for an inspection. Wow.... I remember the good old days. He advised me they were really full of units. Makes me wonder why they over book appointments. It was an inspection that I was told was a 3 hour job. I’m thinking they need some customer service training. THEY not once called me to give me a status. My call was returned as I type. I believe they need to work on improving customer service experiences
