Owned this Travel tr for two years now, one small issue with spare tire ( goodyear replaced under warranty @ no cost) . Owned three T/Ts in 16 years . Rockwood well above others for build quality. Upgrading to larger model due to retirement. Will only shop for rockwood. Although they are under the Forrest River brand. Rockwood/flagstaff was original company purchased by Warren Buffet many years ago. All other F/R products are built elsewhere in the country, but rockwood trailers are still made in original factory. Best camper I have ever owned. I will only own a voltage it is very useful, especially if you’re Boondocking with the extra gas tank the garage is perfect for storage and or a golf cart layout as well. I have a 2015 Voltage Duchman 3970 it has all the amenities to sleep 10 very comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about it. Show less

With the torsion axle suspension standard, this unit flows down the highway on a cushion. no sway or bounce to unit. Travel 210 miles on I -95 south carolina with a bottled water on floor in middle of unit. Still standing at destination. Have owned since new august 2023 & have had zero issues. Our Fifth camper, first rockwwod. Before purchasing , spoke to 6-8 owners of different rockwood models. All indicated they would only purchase a rockwood in the future. Same here. Show less

I purchased this RV used in Jan of 2022 and bought the best extended warranty offered. The RV was rife with issues. The plumbing is shoddy at best. The fittings are plastic and the cheap plumbing hoses were used. I replaced with brass fittings and PEX lines as the numerous leaks were identified. The slideouts busted the trim around them due to poor calibration or manufacturer defects. The slideouts apparently leaked into the subfloor and rotted it out. The dealership refused to repair the flooring. I have noticed on numerous legal sites and RV sites that slideouts leaking, even on new ones, is a MAJOR and CONSISTENT problem. Show less

We love it, 100% self contained, easy to load and unload and remote Jacks for leveling. No problems of any kind with it for us. heated shower, roof mount AC and power antenna for 32in TV/DVD , has Microwave, two burner stove, 3way fridge/freezer, I'm 6ft4in and the bed fits me fine, has am/fm stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. This camper is put together nice and totally self-contained with a shower heating and cooling and all you need to have a good camping experience. DAV vet US Marines. We took it on two seven day trips and put in a memory foam mattress and slept good I'm 6'4 and didn't touch my head or my feet on the big bed it will sleep three adults. Show less

Interesting I can’t find my Jayco RV which is a 36C, so I chose a different one because it is important to impress upon anyone to NOT buy a Jayco Class A Motorhome. We bought brand new 2022. Off the lot, blinds fell in living room, hot water was plumbed wrong. Got them fixed and blinds broke everytime they were repaired due to bad installation. They finally admitted it wasn’t done right and fixed it with upgraded install, but we had to fight for 2.5 years to get it right. The bunk over driver broke 3 times, and we gave up, because they fix it, we drive off the lot and it breaks again. Now the drawers in kitchen are easily breaking, the kitchen sink has fallen and detached from the counter. Overall it is so cheaply made you only have a 1-2 year life span on the interior before you will be constantly fixing it. On a plus side the motor works, so we don’t have mechanical issues Show less

I purchased a brand new 2025 Mercedes-Benz Galleria RV in late March 2025. I picked this vehicle up in Reno and was in the process of driving it back to Minnesota when I incurred multiple issues. The first two issues were with the Mercedes-Benz cabin, chassis portion on the vehicle Which fortunately occurred in Salt Lake City and I was able to get a warranty repair of $4000 completed within 24 hours. The remaining issue or with the gallery a portion of the vehicle. I have had five separate issues ranging from the heat and hot water system microwave, AC, macerator in operable all realized within the first 48 hours purchase. Now that I’m back in Minnesota. This vehicle is at a dealership here locally and hopefully all these issues are being resolved. All of this could’ve been avoided, though I had the vehicle been checked out by the dealer and/or build properly from the manufacture to begin with. Show less

Overall look and feel is good. Plenty of room in kitchen and living area. Bathroom has largest area of any we have owned. Mom n pops sinks and large shower, Large storage closet that is plumbed for washer dryer hookups. Advertised as a luxury model but comes up a little short on that statement. No outside ladder, no roof vent covers and pass thru storge is limited by the TV lift. I modified by cutting right side panel in half and put a 1/4 ply on back of lifter area to get more storage in this area. Something that could of done at the factor very easily. The left side pass thru area has a 5th wheel style plumbing and black tank flush station that takes 3/4th of the area. There is no vent fan for the kitchen the roof vent that is in this area we are adding a fan too. Materials are typical rv type but not luxury by no means. Biggest complaints had to do with Fun Town RVs service. his was a brand new unit and had multiple issues on and after delivery. Making an appointment was more like... your gonna have to wait till we have room on the lot and took 2 months to get into service and another 6 weeks to get parts. Issues found: 1. Main AC vents not sealed and blowing back out of return area. Their fix- a little metal duct tape. I had to remove all ductwork and made a new plenum that blocks off the air dump on bottom of unit. On inspection after removing factory ducting found one of the main plenums to the overhead ductwork was collapsed. Bedroom a/c unit has no thermostat and the fam runs continuous and is extremely noisy. 2. Dining table had separation crack in the joint of the wood. 3. TV lift jack screw was bent and binding. 4. Wall outlets not secured to wall and would pull out when unplugging device. 5 Refrigerator mounting at the top broke loose on a long trip. NOTE: this is a 12v refrigerator and has a lot of room, very nice. In general this is a nice unit after repairs and mods done. I would not recommend Funtime RV of Corsicana and their service dept in Rockwall TX. Did not get a proper walk thru and explanation of operations and features. Service was practically non existent and in the process went thru 3 different service advisors. This is an OK unit but I wouldn't call it a luxury travel trailer. Show less
