***Beware**** Don't trust a word they say! Terrible experience with Joey (finance manager). Lie after lie after lie. It's been months of agony trying to cancel the expensive, junk warranty and get a refund. You see, I could only buy the warranty at the time of sale, "but you can cancel the next day for a full refund if you want". "~the check is in the mail, it's been refunded to your credit card, we are sending a certified tracking number, LIES LIES,LIES. As of today I still have no money back. We recently (8/12) picked up our Renegade Verona 36vsb from Dylan's(now Campers Inn) and we could not be more pleased. Jessica was so knowledgeable and patient and Rachel in Finance was informative and not pushy. All concerns were addressed and explained. they were fair in my trades and the delivery and orientation process was fantastic. I would highly recommend visiting these folks. . PL Show less

RV had several issues with it. You have $995 for dealer prep which amounts to a whole lot of nothing IMO. Do they not check basic things like AC? My temporary plates expired before a good full two weeks before they finally go them to me. A very awful experience. My advice is go somewhere else. Show less

Started our RV adventure five months ago. After all of the excitements (as every RVer experiences), I feel from the bottom of our hearts we owe Mark Major A BIG 5 stars review!!! 2 months of research, a lot of talks to different dealers, we finally Decided to go to Dylan RV, specifically ask to talk to Mark Major(a lot of good reviews on him). Mark didn’t disappoint us at all. He did not only help us on choosing the right model of RV, but also has been assisting us on every single steps on the operation, UNTIL TODAY! I bought a 2021 Berkshire 40e 270,000 brand new, sales person didn’t show that everything works rush me out because they new it has problems took the rv home ac tile heat furnace heat nothing works. The sales manager told me if I ever write a bad review they will not fixed my rv . Dylan’s rv been fixing my rv for total of 5 month and still not fixed write a review on google and they filter my feedback and not show it . Nothing but nightmare with Dylan’s rv and forest river worst customer service I have ever come across . Show less

What a horrible experience at Dylans. Dave (the manager) is rude, condescending and insulting. They do not stand behind their product and are ljust looking to make a fast buck. I will never recommend Dylans nor would I ever buy another thing from them again. Show less

Horrible dealership. Ripping off buyers. Sales are not knowledgeable. Don't waste your time. Find a different place to purchase your RV from. There are many. After they read the review they terror the customer over the phone to remove the post, frightening customer's rights. The dealership must be closed or at least checked for the adequacy. Show less
