John Hiebel and Larry Stanley (Dream Finders) have provided my wife and I with one of
the best services in the RV market. Their services are worth every penny (and more),
than they charge.
Over the last 3 years we had problems selling our Coach in the down market. I was
originally skeptical of their offer, it does seem to be too good to be true. I have since
discovered that they make a profit because they have invented a better mousetrap.
I was initially skeptical, as you should be. Ask questions. Secure references. Play
“what if….”. If you do not get answers that satisfy you, ask them “WHY…”? Their
differentiators are to focus on a well written contract to use in the sales process,
evaluating the buyer and supporting the meeting of the minds. Always remember that
the contract must be good for both Buyer and Seller for it to have sustained support from
both. What made the difference for me was the background check that Capt. Larry had
made and the personal meeting I had with the buyer before the sale. I also considered a
lien, but dismissed it after considering the position of the Buyer. I think you would find
it difficult to require a lien and then to enforce it.
From my non-legal perspective, John and Larry have written a contract that effectively
covers the Seller and provides buying incentives to the average Buyer. I don’t think that
you can construct a CYA contract for the Seller that will be acceptable to most buyers.
Dream Finders provides an outstanding service. Their advice and service worked for us
and we are comfortable with the buyer they found. We are happy with their solution to.
our problem.
We hope you are too. And thanks for the great service!

I would highly recommend them; in fact for us they were really our only option. We bought our '07 coach for 150K new (43K off
list) and were able to sell it about a month ago for 141K after full-timing on it from day one. Prior to discovering Dreamfinders during some extensive online research our options were using a broker and getting 85K or PPL consignment for 105K. Since we full-timed, the later was not an option. Regardless, our coach was immaculate with many custom features and we had 87 staged perfect pictures (like in the brochures); if the pictures weren't perfect we made them so. We noticed nobody else did that so ours really stood out. You have to keep in mind that you have a very high ticket item.
People don't want to come all the way across the country twice ($1K or more ea time). They want to know what they are getting and come planning to buy it if there are no red flags at delivery. The benefit of Dreamfinders is they have the nation-wide marketing system all set up--we got 1-2 calls per week, but after we posted our pictures everyone who called wanted to buy it. Working with them also allowed us to live in our coach right up until the day we sold and more importantly have some control over the sale. Sure the pictures and talking to callers took some time but Dreamfinders did the hard part--or at least the things that we didn't know how to do and frankly didn't want to take the time to learn. The fees they charge is a pittance for what they do. Thanks to them we have another $1300 in our monthly budget and the palm trees and pool still look and feel the same!
Within less than 2 weeks of posting our pictures we had a check for 15K and were very comfortable with both our contract and our leases that we spent the day with orienting. There really seems to be a pent-up demand for coaches because people are unable to get financing.
John said 90% of coaches are lease/purchase and I have no reason to doubt him. In our case the leases did have the money but if they had to pay cash they would buy a new one--who wouldn't? They liked the flexibility and the terms worked better for them--it was truly a win-win. Larry Stanley is the contract consultant who makes it all happen. He disqualified a couple of buyers before ours was approved so I knew he and Dream finders were on the up and up. A s we went through the process he was always there for us answering all our questions in a frank, direct, yet personable way. He is extremely knowledgeable--I actually had an attorney review the contract just prior to completing the deal and he didn't know as much as Larry about this type of transaction. The attorney found no flaws in the contract and when it comes down to it the contract is everything in this type of deal. Most RV owners contemplating selling want cash--and they can get it but just a fraction of what their rig is worth. We don't waste anything and our 6.5% interest rate was/is pure gold--we didn't want to throw it away.
We consider our leases friends and have traded emails regularly since the transaction. We absolutely loved our coach and the time we spent on her but she had done her job for us and it was no longer feasible to keep her. Our leases have upgraded the sound system and have plans to put a hard surface floor in--something we never could afford to do. We know our coach is in good hands and she needed to get out there and get some tread worn off of her 4 year-old tires--I guess its like giving up a child for adoption. It's a big decision so let me know if you have any other specific questions.

The last weekend we went and picked up our new coach from Ed and Denise Cosgrove. They invited us to spend Friday night in their guest bedroom. When we arrived at their house, Denise had a homemade chili dinner ready for us! Saturday morning we went out to breakfast and then I drove the coach to a local RV park where they showed us how to set things up. Later that night we all went out to dinner. Sunday morning, they came back again and helped us put things away and get ready for our trip home.
We have poured an RV pad at our house and yesterday we installed a sewer hookup and 50 amp electric service to the pad so that the coach is close to home and always ready to go.
Thank you John for all of your help and also for Larry's help. Let me know if we can ever do anything for you.
Have a blessed Day!

25% of the money down for what I inquiry about. Others will not lend to me unless I put $55.000 on a $200,000 dollar motorhome. They
then ask me about purchasing a fifth wheel . I have a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Outlander. I have it wire up and the RoadMaster
towing package. I have a breaking system installed in my Jeep all
installed and tested. The problem is my credit doesn't show I have paid off anything as large as a motorhome. So let me get this they are saying it would be easier if I own a motorhome then I could buy a motorhome. Are you kidding me I have many loans I have paid off most in the thousands of dollars, and add up to a lot of money.
IF YOU ARE GETTING TIRED OF PLAYING GAMES ! Go check " dreamfindersrv.com" . They are always putting out a list of Great motorhome ! You will be happy I was .

Future Rv owners, I’d just like to share that my experience with Dream Finders was actually like a dream. My fiancé and I were driving up the Oregon coast on a road trip talking about how nice it would be to buy an RV to road trip with. During our conversation I started calling some RV stores and asking questions about the Purchasing process and the ease (or lack there of) of buying a used coach. A fter a few of those slightly discouraging phone calls, I decided to type in RV for sale owner finance and Dream Finders popped up! Honestly I was very surprised to see anything like their site, but I decided to go ahead and reach out (and glad I did). Within a few days I had heard back from John and found out about their process (i.e. the early deposit) I sent in the list of coaches we were interested in and within a few days we had found a new coach. This is where it gets even BETTER! My Fiancé and I are C A . Residents, the coach in question was in FL. So site unseen I paid the rest of the fees to have the contracts and the purchase arranged through the other party from Dream Finders Larry (who too is awesome) and a week later we were on our way to pick up our new coach. I had an inspector privately and thoroughly look over the coach on our way across country, and when we got there (much to our surprise) the coach was EVEN BETTER than we ever could have expected! The process through Dream Finders and the previous owners was so smooth, no pressure, and pleasant … Honestly, better than any dealership experience I’ve ever had for any vehicle purchase EVER! To anyone out there who is considering doing business with Dream Finders for buying or selling they are great and I will be continuously recommending them to everyone for purchase or sales of any recreational vehicle in the future. WE thank u Dream Finders (John and Larry) for the great idea and guidance through this purchase. Love and Light (Evan and Paulina)

I am the Owner of Dream Finders RV out of Florence, Ala. We have been serving Buyers and Sellers and the Banks for the last 20 years. We have over 50 Years of combined experience in the Industry. We are Members of the BBB and have a A rating. We see couple unverified Neg. Complaints and do not know who these folks are. All they had to do was talk with us before posting a unverified complaint. The BBB confirms all reviews and does a Great Job. We have a Ton of Testimonials that we send out to our Customers as well as our References.
We are RV Brokers and are not required by Law to have a RV Dealer License. Our Listings are all for sale by owner listings. We do have excellent contacts for RV Finance. We do have a Business License out of the State of Ala. We do work all 50 States. We are a small Family owned Home Business. We return all our calls and emails and texts Quickly and within 24 hours. Have no idea what Complainers are talking about. We provide full details upfront as well as Testimonials and References. We understand the RV Market has been Frustrating and a lot of folks are disgruntled and stressed out from all that has been going on around the World. They do feel emboldened to sit behind their keyboard and type out a complaint. A lot of folks including those who have put out a complaint may not have even checked their spam folders to see if our email reply went to spam. So they put a complaint on the internet. Unbelievable that folks have the time to do that when they could have reached out to us and we would have been more than happy to return the call. These once again are unverifiable complaints confusing consumers and hurting the business. Some People are full of Poison, hate and venom. They just want to lash out.
As far as the Lease Purchase Contracts we have been working with Lease Purchase Sales contracts close to 20 years and most all go well through completion of the Contract. The buyer and sellers are completely protected with Contract Law and the RV is has full coverage Insurance on it including for vandalism during the full term of the Contract. There is also a Full Extended Service Contract on the RV at all times. We are here for you and look forward to working with all our Buyers and Sellers.
God Bless You and your Family and may God continue to Bless the USA.
Sincerely, John Joseph Hiebel - JJ
