The trailer I was sold was found to have issues during PDI and there were accesories missing, lost, reappropriated to another unit who knows for sure. One was leaking holding tank where the Corrliner was kindergarten cut to I guess find the leak, the second was failed furnace which again someone cut a large piece of the sheet metal cover to get to board . Btw the furnace manufacturer device manual clearly states do not modify. So anyhow this dealer has no concern after they get your money . Instead of doing things like update customer of parts status try to make it right, someone always blames someone else. It’s warranty coordinator, it’s service , it’s sales fault. And so far the way things are hacked to diagnose problems is without oversight or is the way they do business. And when you are critical they just ignore you can’t commit and by their actions and words clearly have a problem doing the right thing. Once I have this stuff resolved that they have already started I will not go back.

BUYER BEWARE. We purchased a used RV in May 2022. It was initially disclosed to us that there was a roof repair. Ok, cool. Guess we should've inspected that instead of assuming it was properly repaired. The first issues were with the awning motor and a broken air condition which they replaced, but delayed pick up after purchasing. To date, we've only used it on 4 occasions. The first trip out was June 2022, we discovered water leakage and assumed it was probably from excess water from the slide out when we closed up. The third occasion, our heat stopped working and we discovered leakage again - this time it had only rained during our drive home. We dropped the camper off on October 31 to have it serviced and they told us they believed the leak was coming from the wheel well. They fixed our heater, and we finally picked the camper up on Jan 30 (3 MONTHS LATER). We took our 4th trip on May 12 and when we got to our camp ground we noticed half of the roof was peeled back revealing what a crappy "roof repair" they did prior to selling it to us as well as the source of the leak. After several calls, I finally spoke with Cross, who identified himself as "my family owns the business." Long story short, he told us he is not liable as we are a year out from our purchase date (reminder that they had the camper 3 months out of that year for repairs and to my knowledge, they didnt even check the roof for leaks). Not only did we have to spend $637 for an emergency temporary repair while we were camping 3 hours away, now we have to pay $1200 out of pocket for materials so my husband can fix it. So if you do shop here, make sure you're handy.
EDIT: Cross replied in the comments (FB)that our camper was brought in for a furnace repair, which was ONE of the issues, and therefore they had no reason to check the roof. My main concern was the leak which is why we dropped it off much earlier than our original scheduled appt of Jan 14. Further displaying their lack of competence by revealing they never even checked for anything regarding the leak. That kind of builds my case here even more in my opinion. Needless to say..he ended up blocking me when I asked "are you telling me the leak was never inspected when we dropped it off in October 22?"

We had the RV locked up and they have master keys to all areas. were told oh well you will have to buy another. this replacement cost me over $400. then they said oh we have had 30 of them stolen recently. well mine was locked up and the lock was not tampered with so someone used a key and took it out from the under storage compartment. have had this camper for 2 years and out of that time 18 months it has been at their lot being "repaired". multiple problems multiple trips, NEVER AGAIN!

I guess that I can only reiterate the other reviews on poor customer service and workmanship but will give you my experience as well. Purchased a new 2021 Grand Design Imagine in January of 2021. On our first outing in April 2021 a water leak was revealed. Back to Delmarva RV in Milford for service. Trailer returned with the statement of, the water heater plug was loose. I informed them that I had drained it and did not tighten it. They stated that they pressurized the system and found no leaks. Second outing May 2021. Water leak still present I traced it to below the flooring with the shower grey tank being suspect. After 7 months of waiting for my appointment date and six weeks at the dealer I was told it was a connection in the shower body. When asked about the grey tank they said no it was the shower and the technician admitted to not checking the tank. Off to Florida I go in February 2022. The trailer leaked again so, no it wasn't the shower body. Upon deeper investigation on my part a small hole was found in the shower grey tank about 2/3 the way up. Photos taken new appointment made. After being at Delmarva RV in Milford Delaware for ten weeks, yes ten weeks. It was returned to me with them not finding the leak and stating they only saw a small drip. I showed the service rep Troy the picture and asked how that could be possible when I saw the leak and I had previously emailed them the pictures to help them locate it. I brought the trailer home and opened the under belly. The tank was damp in the area where I originally saw the hole. Upon wiping the crude that had accumulated and formed a partial seal the leak began to flow. I took a video of the leak emailed them and called them and left a message for Troy to call me back. You guessed it no call back. They have no interest in doing warranty work and leave you hanging for weeks and months so that you will take your trailer back. They will only finally look at it or say they looked at it after you start checking on it constantly. They are unprofessional and incompetent. I other words they SUCK. Don't do business with Delmarva RV. You may get a good price when you purchase but as soon as you leave that's when the good customer service ends.

I would never recommend Delmarva Rv to anyone!! I bought my camper from them in July 2020. Between the time of the deposit and the final sale, their landscape company ran into the side denting the trim. I was told by Tony, the manager in Smyrna, that he would replace the part once it came in. I’ve been through five different people between Smyrna and Milford to try and resolve this to no avail. I thought I was at the top with Rob Lentz the GM but after speaking once I cannot get him to return the last three messages I’ve left. I really do not want to get a lawyer involved (I can’t even get service done under the extended warranty I purchased) but it’s been WAY too long and I’ve been WAY too patient. 16 months to try and get something fixed is ridiculous. I have been patient and kind but internally I’m losing it. So I want to make sure everyone I know hears about my experience and thinks twice before going there. I posted something similar on some group pages and the responses have been overwhelming with similar terrible service stories. Wish I’d known that before purchasing from them.

I have tried to buy 3 separate RV's from this sham business and have lost every single one because NO ONE EVER CALLS, EMAILS or MESSAGES back. First off, I can't get Rob the finance guy to call me back no matter how many times I call or how many voice mails I leave. No one responds to emails, no one is ever "at their desk" or "able to be paged". I keep losing out on RV's because NO ONE EVER GET'S BACK TO YOU HERE!!! Don't waste your time, go literally ANYWHERE else to buy your RV. If their "customer" service is this terrible (and obviously they don't actually want a new customer) then what would it be like actually buying something from them. Probably crappy too! UGH!!! Very disappointing, and if I did this piss poor of a job at MY job, I'd be FIRED.

we have had this coach 1 wk it's been back to them 3 times with the same problems a.c in the cab dosent work generator wont start unless you use the emergency start.We went camping Sunday before labor day and came home Tuesday morning the antenna on the tv wouldn't go down plus the tv didn't work the radio dosent work now the alternator is gone .we called them wednesday after we broke down on rt 13 all we got from them is we got our money you own it[sucker]How can a company like this have no morals
