Terrible Place, drove 90 minutes each way to go there and buy a coach big dollar unit and walked around the facility for a hour and staff constantly walked past me and would not offer to help even when i was looking at them pointing at a coach, worst service in the world and every coach was dirty inside and discusting. i ended up walking out and going to blue compass rv in another state and spending $479000 in a cash deal the very next day on a coach that had in stock. Dont waste your time or money here and go somewhere that wants your business, I should have read all the 1 start reviews before going here

What a beautiful drive to get to London Kentucky. The Day Brothers RV store accommodated us in what ever we needed. A part was two days away so we plugged in and stayed on the lot till it arrived. Alex was wonderful with teaching us what we needed to know about our RV. Our refrigerator wasn’t cooling and Alex drove to our home in Tennessee and brought us the part and installed it. All with no charge. While with us we had a few other concerns and he didn't leave till we were educated about them or until he repaired them. We tried our best to get him to stay the night either in our home or in the RV but he had to work the next morning so he left us around midnight to make the drive back home. A 5 hour trip. He reflected the wonderful customer service of the entire staff at Day Brothers.

Beware of this seller! If you stranded on the side of the road undoubtedly. Updating this review is pending the outcome of getting some help. Trying to drive the RV out of state where we will be living and we have been breaking down every day with something going on. With every phone call I'm told we should have taken care of that. We should have replaced those filters... Oh wait we didn't on that coach we forgot with you buying it and all. They will tell you oh we should have done all of these things that we didn't do it oops. The RV was advertised for sale so it should have been ready for somebody to buy it and drive it off. If it's not ready say something and get it ready don't leave me to drive off and then say oops later for everything. Emails have gone unanswered mysteriously nobody gets them or the files can't be opened even though they're pictures. The dealer hasn't even offered to send somebody to help maybe another dealership or a service company. They haven't offered to try to get me into a shop somewhere that works on RVs to look through it since they failed to do that and just basically send it out. Engine has left me stranded with sludge in the fuel tank from God knows how long. The transmission has had a leak that I have been asking about and then has me now stranded presumably from the leak. I wanted to talk to them about the issue but they have not bothered to call back. You would think they would call back if they knew you were stranded with the transmission problem from an RVvehicle they sold you that cost over $120,000. The oil pan has been leaking oil and I finally found out where. There's a tear in it I was wondering about the oil underneath it. They said it was when they changed the oil but apparently the pan is actually torn. On one occasion the service manager took the time to work with me with the sludge issue so that I had to remove the water separator and replace it out in the middle of the Rocky mountains on a downhill with a one-way road closure in the rain with a line of cars as I'm off the median in the dirt on a slope. Imagine the stress level. To his credit at least that one time he stayed on the phone for like 45 minutes as I got everything going that was when I was informed that they should have serviced all that and he thought they did but they didn't. The walkthrough was brief partially because it was late and I was leaving at some point that night. The salesman was nice enough I do appreciate them letting me stay there and do that and even plug in. But you start to lose credibility even as a salesperson when you don't bother to call people back or help them with the systems especially if the walkthrough was so brief. There's a whole aqua system that I don't understand that I asked the sales manager and the salesman to explain and of course they never bother to call me back. I've had some bad cell service on occasion but they could call me back and messages have been left unresponded to. Emails are unresponded to. They have the ability to call me back they know there's problems and they just don't want to do it. When I do reach them, on occasion I've resorted to cussing at them and threatening them with this review and many others. Hopefully this review helps inspire them to make some action cuz I'm about ready to fly back there and protest with the sign obviously I can't drive this camper all the way back there. They should not sell a vehicle like this and leave the person stranded but beware if you buy here everything looks good they don't do a good walkthrough then they leave you stranded on the side of the road and not responding. They should not sell something with sludge in the fuel tank. Again beware this seller will leave you stranded day after day week after week. We'll see if the review helps but I don't think it's going to we will see how many reviews I have to post and if I have to stand in front of their property for a month before they take action. Update... So apparently they didn't check the functioning of the tank levels. So tonight we have an overflow the camper is flooded from gray water which I checked and said it was at 19% but it actually is not it's actually overflowing from the shower and flooding the RV. Yet another thing that they didn't bother to check do not buy here repeat do not buy here. There's nothing they can do to remedy this and they will completely leave you stranded flooded and every other nightmare you can think of if you buy from this company.
