The sales-the sales manager, the salesman, and all of the other folks before the sale couldn’t have went any better. It was absolutely five-star all the way.
After the sale-WORST customer service on the planet. OurProblem was with the title. Very simple. 1 week before taxes were due, I went to the DMV in Missouri to get license plates and pay taxes on a Monday. (By the way, waited an hour and a half there to be waited on, which is not unusual), Only to find out I could not get them because Dave’s RV failed to sign the title as the seller. I got an argument from the title person, at DAVES RV, Cheyenne, said basically, she was right, and the state of Missouri was wrong. I had to prove that Daves RV needed to sign the title on the back, before I could get any cooperation. (2 days) After Numerous phone calls, text, trying to contact the president, Stephanie. I left her a message about the ordeal, but obviously, she could care less. Never received any communication from her. The whole nightmare was 4 days of arguing. That left us with the “day of “ to get our RV tagged, taxes paid without paying a penalty. .
They get to you at their own leisure, the president Stephanie could care less about your problems. The trickle down effect, no one else does either, after the sale. Sad, that you can spend a large amount of money there and to be treated this way.
