My husband and I bought a new DRV approximately 8 months ago. It is a beautiful rv, BUT service after the sale sucks. When we took possession of the rv it had a warped closet door that was supposed to be replaced within 6 weeks and since the digital locking mechanism on the door has gone out. My husband has been in contact with them about both items. We are now 8 months in and we are still waiting. As much as I like my unit I would never recommend Dad’s Rv to anyone nor would I buy from Dad’s again. Your unit is only as good as the service after the sale. Show less

Awesome sales experience and great service!!!! The ownership and management are very straight forward and they worked very hard to make our experience very comfortable. We never felt pressured and when we compared prices they were always competitive....usually cheaper. Their service staff understands urgency and will make accommodations when possible. We appreciate the family atmosphere at Dads they make us feel like we are family. Show less
