We made the mistake of driving from Iowa to this dealership over the course of a weekend to bring home our new camper in the fall of 2020. Everyone was very friendly and professional, however during the walkthrough, the large slide on our KZ Durango Gold moved a little funny and the tech said "sometimes you just need to give it a little tug", followed by a demonstration of said 'tug'. Our mistake at the time for not stopping the sale then and there! We continued with our purchase and, of course, on the way home we had issues with the slide coming in crooked the first time we camped. Enough that 3 fellow campers came running over when they saw the slide moving incorrectly. Fast forward to current and our 5th wheel has been at a local dealer for service ever since (now Feb '21). The slide needed completely replaced, new floor and wall due to rot from the slide not sealing, and multiple other small issues. Our local dealership has been a godsend as well as the KZ factory warranty support. However, the tech at Dad's definitely should have known something was wrong with the slide and had it fixed before selling it. You shouldn't have to manually adjust the slide on a brand new camper as it comes in. If you go with this dealer, be extremely vigilant during your walkthrough!
