Crestview of Georgetown has awful customer service!!!!!! Hands down the worst! As for the service Dept - they are the rudest bunch of smart asses that I have encountered. On Thursday (11/18/2022) we stopped for help on first outing of our 2022 Jayco class c - because our power went out and we were 4 hours from home. All we wanted is for someone to help with a quick check to see if it was something minor. As I walked in - I heard a salesman belittling a elderly gentleman who was asking questions about an RV. As I walked up to the service desk - a gentleman was asking for a certain service adviser and another service advisor kept asking him if he had an appointment very rudely. The gentleman then stated - I have been talking to him all week so he should know I was coming up here. The service advisor yelled out loud - I guessing that’s a no!!! I then asked if someone could help me and the first question out of the service advisor was -Did you buy this from us?? If not - we are not even going to look at it. I informed him that we called Jayco and they told us that they were authorized Jayco dealer and to drive it to them. He rudely stated “we don’t care what the “Jayco” company said - this is our dealership and we will do what we want! As we spoke - it’s was shortly after 9 am - only the two other customers (that were also being belittled) in the building beside the workers. With this situation- we left and drove 4 hours back home - took it Vogt RV - to find it was a loose wire on the bus bar located in the breaker panel that the plant forgot to tighten!!! Thanks for memory and terrible experience Credtview RV!!! Remember the old saying - You have a great experience- they usually tell a person! You have a bad experience- you tell everyone!!!

All I can say is stay away from this place!! They will promise you everything and then won’t go through with it. And the service department is even worse!! We’ve had nothing but problems with our rv and can’t get it fixed, nothing but excuses especially when they find out it’s warranty issues. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else that will take care of you. I really wished I would have gone with my gut instinct when we were looking to buy and went somewhere else. Don’t make the same mistake we did

Horrible experience. We'll go elsewhere.

ZERO STARS!!! Since March 2020: Worst response and customer service ever. 8 months of waiting...placed 38 phone calls trying to get updates concerning our repairs and claims. Excuses ranged from covid to "haven't been able to find somebody to take the pictures". Someone finally came out and within a week we were told that the claim was submitted and that's all they could do. We waited 8 months for this? Have asked for someone to call to see about repairs, but no return calls once again. Now going on 9 months. If this is customer service, not sure how good a job they would do if we ever get it in for repairs. Will post updates as they happen...if ever. Good luck. As of 18 Dec 2020, 5:55 pm: Received a phone call from "business manager" stating that they would not be interested in repairing my RV due to the bad reviews that we have given them. He was not interested in seeing if the above review might have gone from bad to good. He said he speaks FOR Crestview Georgetown. Furthermore, he only returned my call because he had read the above review and told me to be careful about what we write because of laws in Texas. And, that I should not mention his name becase of potential lawsuits that could be brought. I took it to be a threat. Any business that would make threats instead of working to improve customer satisfaction is a business one should stay clear of. This is the frustration we've been putting up with for 9 months. Wondering what legal recourse I could follow...any thoughts? February 2020: Found and repaired a hydraulic leak in our level up system. Did it in just over 3 days. Another dealership inspected the system and couldn't figure out the problem. Brought it to Crestview, Georgetown, and they found and repaired it quickly. 5 Stars. (This was their rating).
