This was my first time buying a travel trailer. My family are the ones who found it for me and I'm glad they did. The one that I chose was a 2008 Dutchmen Colorado 30 footer. The whole staff at Cowboys were great. Twigs is the lady that helped me and she's awesome!!! She explained everything in detail, was thorough with the paperwork and whenever we noticed that something wasn't right, she would let someone know and it was fixed. The people at Cowboys RV did a fantastic job of getting the trailer ready for use. I would highly recommend to people to check these people out. They are outstanding. Show less

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If I could leave less than 1 star I would. They are verbal promises and smiles until you give them a deposit and then they hold it ransom and tell you tuff. I was verbally told the deposit was fully refundable and then after I made the deposit I was pointed out to me that the deposit was NON REFUNDABLE! The boat I purchased should have been a great experience and instead it was miserable. They had sent me video's of the boat skipping all the major issues and made sure to point out the little ones so they appeared to be honest. I get there and the boat is not as advertised at all! I ask for my money back and they now state It's non-refundable and say I don't have to buy the boat and I could leave but I would bo be getting my money back. I ended up buying the boat after more negotiations and agree to a price with a major service to be completed. THEY DID NOT TOUCH the boat! But did service the trailer brakes.. I guess I should be happy they did something. I will NEVER recommend this dealership and forget about BBB, I filed a complaint asking for the documents proving what was done to the boat and they kept changing the subject and never provided any documents showing what MAJOR MARINE SERVICE was ever done. I towed the boat to my local servicer and had them look at it and they said they believe the oil was changed but that was it! They did not touch the other fluids, water pump, belts, spark plugs, gimbal bearing, NOTHING! The seats had been painted to hide the sun damage to them and windshield had been painted to hide the rust from neglect. And yet they still have an A+ rating somehow... Shameful... I believe in Karma and they will get theirs at some point. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Do NOT give them a deposit until you are fully satisfied with the product and they show you the documents you request!
