I took my 2012 Bison Horse trailer/RV to Consignment RV Sales this week to replace Awning fabric that I had bought. Also to have the holding tanks cleaned. I am so pleased with the service that I received. Robbie was my tech and he was very helpful to me. He explained everything in detail and also told me how to continue to keep the sensors clean in my holding tanks. Also when I went to unhook. my electric Jack would not work. He was so patient and checked it out for me. It turned out it was the batteries. Which was no shock because we hadn't owned the trailer very long and there is no telling how old they were. While changing them he discovered that the batteries were wired backwards. He corrected it. He also discovered that the Awning frame was not aligned correctly and corrected that as well.
