Our salesman was Chuck Partsch and he was excellent! He took as much time as we needed discussing the options and our needs. Chuck took us out for a ride and explained all the controls and differences between the Byway and our Wayfarer and basically gave us a lesson in driving the Byway. He then turned the wheel over to us and was very patient and reassuring. We love the vehicle and the additional space we have. We look forward to a relationship with Colton for many years to come. My husband and I bought a 2023 Grand Design, Treansend, in March 2023 Beautiful, felt at home right away, love the design. We camp at a campground where the trailer will stay all year Well here it is August of 2023 and even though we paid extra for a cover for our slide out, it started leaking. My husband went to Colton and they could not of been more UNHELPFUL and not friendly. They said they have no mobile unit we would have to bring it back to the dealership?? WHAT IS THAT? Buyer beware, this is aweful and the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, they didn't even pretend to be helpful and barely had time to talk to my husband about a possible solution. Very heart broken, a $40,000 investment and they don't remember you only 6 months later if you have a problem. Unfortunately any problem is a big problem when you own a RV. This is very disheartening on what could be a wonderful experience. PLEASE, be very cautious and careful if you decide to do business through this dealership, Colton RV of orchard park, NY. We even purchased an extended warranty and my husband was given 3 different places to call for help, one had a full voice mail for days, and the other 2 didn't have a mobile service to come out to the trailer. Who is a reputable rv dealership/repair service that wouldn't have a mobile unit. This isn't a car and not something to move back and forth to places very easily at all!! If I could give this company a negative - 10 star review I would! I took my camper to them for WINTERIZING in October! One of their service people (they would not tell me who) damaged my motorhome while it was there on their premises. They never told us they damaged it and when we went to pick it up they made us wait until dusk when it was dark enough to not see the damage. Drove the RV home and saw the damage the next morning. We were devastated! Called and brought it back to them on Nov. 1, 2021. The service manager came out and supposedly wrote down everything that was damaged and assured us it would be taken care of right away. We are in the process of trying to sell this RV. I've had many people want to see it, but can't show it because of the damage and fact that it sits at a dealership. I spoke to Casey Colton in early Feb. 2022. He assured me it would be finished in 2-4 weeks. I called in March, talked to Jimmy in service and was told they had to order molding for the lower part of the RV. This should have been ordered in November! The damage was clearly visible. He said the part would be there by March 14, 2022, painted and I should have it by the end of that week. I called again at the end of the week. No one there to help me, however the receptionist was kind enough to ask a parts person about the arrival of the part they were waiting for. The answer is that it's on backorder and has been for weeks. The whole time this company has put us on the "back-burner" and we have been lied to over and over again. No return phone calls, when they said they would, parts not ordered when they said they were. I have a hard offer and now I can't even sell it because the thing isn't finished. It's been 5 months since they have had this. I am beyond frustrated and disgusted with this company. They have caused us loss of sale, pain, aguish, and now suffering. Update: 2 days ago (March 21, 2022) they state someone from service would be contacting me today (March 21, 2022). Guess what, no one has contacted me! What a surprise, NOT! Still being lied to and still no camper! They should be paying for more than parts and labor for everything they’ve put me through!! Show less

paid almost $80,000 dollars last thursday 4/22/21 at this dealership, never drove this RV we bought , we live aprox 2hrs from this dealearship...anyway,they told us they had to do a 70 point inspection on it ..as we looked at it @ salamanca casino@ colton RV show...put $10,000 down, after we gave them $10,000 down..i signed for it, he says no backing out now,thought he was kidding, NOT !that was on sat 17th april..and went and picked it up thurs 22,when we looked at it ,it was very dirty inside, the sales rep (red) informed us they just took it in on trade, and wen it gets back to the shop for there so called 70 point inspection, it will be detailed . NOT ! then we get it home .. the next day the tire is flat...as it was quite low wen we looked at it @ casino, and again the salesman said .that will all be takin care of.. NOT ! these people are sooo pushie..the bathtub floor is so weak I thought I was going through it...they tried to sell us a $11,790 warranty ..Iam like WHAT ? we are to have a 30 Day warranty ... BUT they will not call back ?also we had the batteries checked in the rear... BONE DRY ! so here is our dream RV sitting in our driveway. one thing we wish we would of read the reviews on this place .. I can't believe the people going through the same thing...if they think they are going 2 get away with this .they have another thing coming.. Show less
