I would give them 0 stars if possible. If you have the misfortune of using their service department, I highly recommend taking several photos before leaving your property in their incompetent hands. Unfortunately, we were naive and didn’t take photos prior to drop off to be able to prove the damage done to our camper.
After dropping the camper off for a towing problem ($10 fix according to their tech) and an issue with the radio ($75 fix including labor according to their bill), we received a phone call about the slide motor needing replaced. We had been out the entire five day weekend prior to dropping it off without any slide out issues, but knew the motor would need replacing soon, so we weren’t entirely surprised by this. My husband had previously purchased a motor in anticipation of this problem, so I asked if they could use that motor stored in the camper. The said they would see if it would work. A few days later I received a second phone call and they said they had looked but the motor wasn’t the right one for the drive shaft. Additionally, after inspecting the current motor, they would need to replace a couple of other parts. Our $100 fix is now quoted at $900. I said that was fine and to continue.
A MONTH later we received a third phone call saying that the frame where the motor is attached is bent and the entire frame needs replaced. The total bill is now up to $2000. Confused I asked why this wasn’t disclosed in the second phone call. They sent pictures of the motor and only inches from the motor (no way to overlook it the first time) is an extremely bent frame. Not only did their techs “with over 20 years of experience” fail to explain how it occurred on their time, they could not explain how it could have occurred at all. Insisting the problem was there before, they refused to admit fault. Frustrated, we saught out other professional advice and advice from multiple experienced owners. All of which had nothing positive to say about Colerain. After learning this most definitely would have caused us problems previously if it had indeed “already been like that”, we picked up our camper today only paying for the repairs initially requested which was somehow now $240.
The icing on the cake was as they pulled the camper to the front, I noticed one of our blinds completely ripped out on one side of a window. I guess the tech was too hot and couldn’t figure out the blinds without further damaging our property. Absolutely disgusted with the service here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!

Colerain Family RV of Cincinnati knowingly sells incomplete and defective units. We ordered a brand new 2021 Forest River Georgetown to live and travel in fulltime which came full of issues from the manufacturer. First off, the unit arrived on their lot a full 5 months after we were told it would be there (we were informed 3 weeks after ordering, they knew time was an issue for us at the time we ordered). We went to see the unit after it arrived on the lot and found it was neither the interior color nor exterior color we had ordered. Colerain blamed the manufacturer, but the manufacturer has told me Colerain knew about the color change and should have informed us. When we came in to do our walkthrough (after Colerain supposedly inspected the unit up and down) neither our generator nor levelling jack system worked properly. Colerain said they would diagnose and fix before we came to pick up. We showed up two weeks later to pick the unit up and neither issue had been fixed or even looked at. It took them two additional days to fix the levelling jack issue and the generator still doesn't work properly. We also lost two nights of campground fees since we couldn't pick up on the date we were told. We had to take the unit back to Colerain during our first week because the shower wouldn't drain. The igniter on the stovetop did not work. Our combo washer/dryer never worked and still doesn't. The AC in the cab didn't work. The windshield was leaking. What exactly did Colerain inspect before we came for the walkthrough? We now have a list of over a dozen issues with the unit that are almost impossible to get fixed because all service shops are so far behind. Colerain Family RV never took responsibility for any of these issues and denied to compensate us in any way for the inconvenience or still incomplete/broken unit they sold us. I do not believe Colerain cares at all, since they can sell most people an overpriced and incompete RV, then make more money off of warranty service work. Our sales person, Bernice, was the only helpful and friendly person here. Do yourself a favor and buy a used RV from a private owner who has already fixed issues from the manufacturer. Avoid the dealerships at all cost. If you buy new, expect it to be in the shop for at least the first 6 months you own it.

I took it in to have it dewinterized since I could not use the water tank because they turned off the fill valve. Every thing is good to go they said except I get to Tennessee and the low point drain is still open. I am disabled and I don't know where the valve is. Same old thing from this company. Now the water tank leaks on my trip. I am sorry I ever dealt with this company. No stars.

After calling the new Carlisle dealership and taking the unit to them, they had it three weeks and then told us that they didn’t do bodywork and we would have to take it down to Cincinnati. In that three weeks they didn’t fix one single thing on our long list of items that had broken in the first eight months of ownership.
We took the unit to the Cincinnati dealership on October 28 and did not get the unit back until December 27. In that time they only fixed a few minor issues on our list. Most of the big issues including the leaking toilet, broken trim around the slide outs, the dvd player that wouldn’t work, the USB/12V port in the bedroom, The broken drawer slides, The shower door hardware that fell off were not fixed and we were told we would have to wait until May to bring it back in- we had to go away for a couple months and they could not do it before we left. they kept blaming Jayco saying they couldn’t get the parts. They didn’t even order the parts until 2 1/2 weeks after we took it in.
I am DONE with this horrible dealership!!!
In May we took it back to the dealer to get the rest of the warranty work done. In June we picked it up and We were presented with a bill for over $2000 despite the fact that we had a two year bumper-to-bumper warranty and an extended warranty. AND they still didn’t fix the USB/12 V or the drawer slide in the bedroom. They said they would ship it to us when they got it in but we haven’t heard anything.

While the camper sat in my drive way I had the ac on. It was 90 outside. The temperature inside never got down past 87. Needless to say I could not camp in this camper. My husband called colerain rv for 4 days trying to get the ac in to be looked at. Finally got camper in they had for a week brought the camper home ac still doesn't work. They want me to purchase a 2nd ac for the bedroom. I want the ac in the living room to work. Very terrible service. I would never buy from them again. Buyer Beware. Look at Angie's list

We waited for almost 3 hours before seen. Once getting the camper home we were missing 2 pieces of the camper. The camper had a ac unit installed and they did not clean up the metal scraps or dust. On top of this, we get to our first camping trip only to discover we didn’t have the power cord!!! Nightmare! They will never get my money again!

I traveled to Colerain in Cincinnati to purchase a Venture Sporttrek Touring travel trailer in April 2019. They had the specific model I wanted. The dealership was happy to take my money. 65 days and a cancelled trip later, I received a registration and a title for a “used” trailer. When I contacted them about warranty issues, I was told to contact the manufacturer. Thirteen months later, I have a tv that still doesn’t work. My last problem was not even responded to. When I contacted KZ about a malfunctioning baggage latch, I was told that it was a vendor issue even though KZ had put three of four screws completely through the front when they installed the latch.
I have had to spend money on manufacturing defects with no help from Colerain. Will definitely not visit or deal with Colerain again as they provide no customer service or support.
