We hear a lot of complaints about various RV dealerships in our area. Click IT RV's Service people have been outstanding. Never have they set ours on a back lot and put off warranty work. They have let me pull in with no appointment to have something checked. Always have time to listen even when they are swamped. After hearing how many bad experiences our friends have had we have been lucky. I have recommended them to friends and have heard no complaints. Even the parts department is straight up with you. They don't try and over sell you something you don't need.

We purchased a 40 ft. Heartland Torque from Click-it during their show down at the convention center. We were pretty excited to have finally pulled the trigger on this purchase as it had been awhile to save etc. That's when the eurphoria unfortunately ends, once you need service of any sort you might as well just do it yourself. We made an appointment to get some minor things taken care of eg: window seal, middle jacks not deploying, lights not working things like that. Two weeks after the appointment date I call and some gal sounds like she's stoned says they haven't got to it yet. It's not that I don't understand the shortage of available employees and the current economic hardships everyone is going through, it's just that if you know you aren't able to work on it for two weeks after an appointment is made then simply schedule the appointment further out. I mean come on, if you can't predict your ability to service what you got going then why are you in business to begin with. At the time of this review, which is going on three weeks now we still haven't seen any movement towards getting anything done..... Didn't have a problem with the sale of the trailer, sales and that team were fine, just don't plan on actually "Using" your camper any time soon if it's in the service department.

I felt pressured at and after the sales process Ann I think I paid way too much for this RV The service when I brought it in for my first annual check and some other problems was excellent I couldn’t be happier. The service Ritter (wax Kelley. )was very helpful and got the job finished finished in record time. Chris cooper was the mechanic that worked on the camper. He went out of his way to get the job done in record time also he made sure I knew what he did and how to keep the camper in the best shape possible in the future

Dealership was great to work with. They were a little overpriced on their bottom line, but they had the trailer that I wanted in stock. I made all the arrangements to purchase a trailer that I had not seen in the space of 1 week via email. When we got there (about 8 hours drive from home), we loved the trailer. The salesman, Ryan, was great to work with, both via email and in person. They assigned a technician to do our PDI walkthrough who was very knowledgeable. They accommodated my request for dual battery boxes and I supplied my own 2x 6 volt golf cart batteries. They traded a surge protector and wheel covers for the battery they did not have to supply. The technician took care of everything that we found wrong on the spot. Although, I did rush the PDI and we missed several things that I found later, but I feel that was my fault and not the dealership or technicians fault. The technician adjusted my weight distribution head for me as it was set up for our previous trailer. I had started a transaction with a different dealer, but there was a misunderstanding about my trailer order and delivery dates. ClickIt RV in Spokane was much, much better to work with than the previous dealer I started with. You will pay a little extra, but the service and in-stock selection there makes it worth it.

All you have to do is go online to the better business bureau and the attorney general of Washington State and do a history review on cricket RV in this state I don't need to say anymore I bought a 2021 Coachman Clipper that I haven't even made a payment on the furnace doesn't work circuit breakers are no good I've had nothing but problems with it and again I haven't even made my first payment on it in the dealership click at RV North Division St Spokane Washington is the dealership where I purchased this... I contacted the dealership and their response was I need to bring it into their service department I am 6 hours on the other side of the state a trailer is in a fixed position in RV Park and I have severe disabilities and I know this it took advantage me all along and currently continue to take advantage so the American disabilities act and the attorney general going to have to be my course of action... what will be your course of action when they do the same to you.. I sure did my homework and read into the company prior to purchasing from the company this is a very unsatisfying experience and I'm not the only one that has experiences with his franchise...
