Dealership was great to work with. They were a little overpriced on their bottom line, but they had the trailer that I wanted in stock. I made all the arrangements to purchase a trailer that I had not seen in the space of 1 week via email. When we got there (about 8 hours drive from home), we loved the trailer.
The salesman, Ryan, was great to work with, both via email and in person. They assigned a technician to do our PDI walkthrough who was very knowledgeable. They accommodated my request for dual battery boxes and I supplied my own 2x 6 volt golf cart batteries. They traded a surge protector and wheel covers for the battery they did not have to supply. The technician took care of everything that we found wrong on the spot. Although, I did rush the PDI and we missed several things that I found later, but I feel that was my fault and not the dealership or technicians fault.
The technician adjusted my weight distribution head for me as it was set up for our previous trailer.
I had started a transaction with a different dealer, but there was a misunderstanding about my trailer order and delivery dates. ClickIt RV in Spokane was much, much better to work with than the previous dealer I started with. You will pay a little extra, but the service and in-stock selection there makes it worth it.
