I purchased a Dutchman Kodiak Cub a year and a half ago. I was very pleased with the camper and I needed some minor warranty work done at the end of the season. I had put many miles on it. They took it in within days of my calling and it was ready in a day.

I purchased a Dutchman Kodiak Cub a year and a half ago. I was very pleased with the camper and I needed some minor warranty work done at the end of the season. I had put many miles on it. They took it in within days of my calling and it was ready in a day.
I traded up in size to a new Kodiak in January 2023. On my fist trip, a week in Moab, I noticed multiple issues with the camper: LED light strip not working, two minor leaks (I could fix them myself, but I’m taking in in for other work) and the refrigerator/freezer stopped working.
You cannot talk with a human in service. It is all by text. They don’t respond in a timely manner. I’m told I have to wait weeks to have repairs. I’m planning another week out of state-next week, and I don’t have a refrigerator.
It is a terrible, unfriendly customer service model.
If I trade up again, it may be a Dutchman, but NOT from Century in Longmont, CO.
