Worst experience I’ve ever had. During the buying process , my gut was telling me something was off but I was excited about buying my first camper and ignored my gut feeling. After things started breaking on it, the service was absolutely horrible and customer service was even worse. Just look at all the one star reviews and read them! Do not give this scamming company any money!

Hands down the BEST Customer Service we have ever experienced with RV Dealers. I recently fell, And Brandon and Steve both went out of their way to accommodate us. From actually bringing a trailer to our area for us to look at, from getting a jeep to drive us around. WOW it was fantastic. One of the few locally owned dealers left, I would highly recommend them. We are just looking at this stage but we will be back to look at others. 5 Stars just isn't enough here I would give them 10 Stars if I could Mary

I purchased a Dutchman Kodiak Cub a year and a half ago. I was very pleased with the camper and I needed some minor warranty work done at the end of the season. I had put many miles on it. I purchased a Dutchman Kodiak Cub a year and a half ago. I was very pleased with the camper and I needed some minor warranty work done at the end of the season. I had put many miles on it. They took it in within days of my calling and it was ready in a day. I traded up in size to a new Kodiak in January 2023. On my fist trip, a week in Moab, I noticed multiple issues with the camper: LED light strip not working, two minor leaks (I could fix them myself, but I’m taking in in for other work) and the refrigerator/freezer stopped working. You cannot talk with a human in service. It is all by text. They don’t respond in a timely manner. I’m told I have to wait weeks to have repairs. I’m planning another week out of state-next week, and I don’t have a refrigerator. It is a terrible, unfriendly customer service model. If I trade up again, it may be a Dutchman, but NOT from Century in Longmont, CO.

Our trailer has been in for warranty several times and each issue typically requires multiple visits to correct any problem . Our trailer has been in for warranty several times and each issue typically requires multiple visits to correct any problem . After one full year of complaining our heater still does not work below 50 degrees and all they can say is bring it back when its cold. Forest River turned a deaf ear as well. You cannot call the dealership, you must text them and they will call you back when they feel like it. Management or ownership will never return a call.

These guys are grade a charlatans. The salesman Jimmy flat out told me that they jacked their prices up on purpose because they figure a new sucker's going to walk in every 5 minutes. Their price was well over $10,000 above nada. They obviously don't service or inspect their inventory prior to making a sale. ... read more
These guys are grade a charlatans. The salesman Jimmy flat out told me that they jacked their prices up on purpose because they figure a new sucker's going to walk in every 5 minutes. Their price was well over $10,000 above nada. They obviously don't service or inspect their inventory prior to making a sale. They are straight up looking for fools. I'm literally looking at $70,000 in cash that I could easily have spent on a class c motorhome today, but I chose to walk away. I can buy a ticket to fly to another state and save myself 10 to $20,000. If these guys think I'm spending money with them they're insane.

Worst customer service from the employees and the owner. We purchased a camper from them and we were told it had been winterized and when we used it for the first time we found multiple water leaks including the water heater. We called and service told us it would be covered and so we dropped it off and then the owner called and said their was nothing they could do about it. I received horrible attitude from the owner right before he hung up on me. I wouldn’t buy any RVs from this place or use their service department. Go to camping world, they treat their customers with more respect and back their product.

I work in construction, and purchased an MPG 2550rd, from century rv. I told them I was interested in other brands, but they pushed this travel trailer, even making special deals, and giving incentives. What I soon learned after bringing it home was they lied about the quality and construction of the rv. We have had so many issues and have had trouble getting ahold of their service department, even calling 10 plus times in a day with no answer. I have told several co workers to go elsewhere because of the issues I have had with them and the trailer. I truly hate writing a bad review, but I feel like it was a bait and switch. And I want to keep other future trailers owners from being lied to and conned. I give the service department 3 stars because the second time I took my trailer in. She went out to verify that the problem was fixed and when she saw that it wasn’t she had them drop everything and fix it. If it wasn’t for her they would get one star as well.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’re all a bunch of manipulative liars that treat you like you’re a nuisance when they are consistently a half hour late for scheduled appointments. They refused to even tell me what my travel trailer sold for even though they only paid me 1/2 of the Blue Book value.
