The whole team hear was great to work with, from Ricky in sales to all the techs and office staff. I called them from the Chicago suburbs and was looking for a specific camper. After having a bad experience in the Chicago area I was concerned driving that far but I kept having a good feeling after my calls with them. They did extra work to install cameras for me and did a great job, they were all courteous and professional. Best of all no hidden BS they just sold me what i wanted for the price they said. Since purchase 15 months ago, I have been extremely happy with their assistance with few parts and warranty, and dealing with me being so far away. Flat awesome people and I've had many interactions with them. Buy from them with no fear. Kudos go out for Justin and Jay in Service and Ricky in Sales. Only 4 stars on parts as I've yet to receive my missing landing pad that was missing upon purchase of RV. But everything else is super! Show less

BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE a RIVERSIDE RETRO from Cedar City. I purchased my adorable retro in April 2020. I’m a single mom and so excited to take my daughter out glamping. This RV is literally falling apart before my eyes! The auto jack quit working, the awning fell out and we haven’t even used it, hole in the roof caused a leak and mold, the cabinet doors fall off and the screws don’t work/tighten, now the freaking shower is leaking from the inside and I just found the entire wall is RUINED. The walls are mushy and the paper coming off and I’m sure mold is next. Only a couple months and the molding falls off the seams have fallen off. This is the WORST decision I’ve ever made. I’m terrified to use it and really terrified to move it. I’m so sad and disappointed and the dealship could care less and continue to sell these poorly made piece of crap Show less
