I bought a 25v Rogue on Saturday 9-17-22. I was at the RV show in Sandy Ut. They had one on the showroom floor But then they had one in Logan ut. that was 12000 less. Dakota the Manger over the lot in Helper told two of the forest river rep that the lot in Logan had the same trailer as the one on the showroom floor but it had the tin side on it. He told them that it generator, backup camera and solar. So we went through the buying it at the show. They me that they would bring it down during the week. We make appt to pick it up at 1 pm Friday. Got there to get and there wasn’t a generator in this trailer they said oh it didn’t come with one. I said I’m not buying it I talked to both forest river rep today. They both that Dakota told them both that it had a generator. Dakota will not stand what he says. And the awing was ripped off the trailer. They me that is was tore. You can look at the side of the trailer an look how it was ripped off. Do not buy anything from Castle Country or Legacy RV. They don’t stand by what they say.

THEY LEFT URINE STAINS IN THE TOILET I saw a 5th wheel RV online at Castle Country RV in Logan and handled the purchase over the phone and email. I drove 500 miles to pick it up. The purchase and paperwork were all processed without any problems. I was charged $600 for "trailer prep", but they didn't really prep it. During the walk through inspection I noted that the battery was dead and I couldn't test key systems. After a little hassle they finally got some power to the trailer and I could inspect it. I then noted dust in the cupboards and food crumbs in the refrigerator. It looked like any cleaning done was just a quick wipe. I then found urine stains under the toilet seat, so it was not cleaned. I stopped and made them clean the fridge and entire bathroom. I tried the trailer out that night and the heater didn't really get it warm although it ran most of the night. My old trailer would roast you out in 20 minutes. The next morning I noted the pass through storage was much warmer than the trailer, so I suspect a loose heater duct. I was also charged $125 for a new battery (the dead one) and when I inspected it later they didn't even clean the battery cable during the install and there was new corrosion on the battery. During the week i contacted the salesman and contract person a couple of times asking Castle Country to explain what they had actually done for the $600 prep fee and if they felt they had earned it. I was promised several times that "upper management" would call me. I gave them a week to call me, and they never have. I love the trailer, but their service department did very little to prep the trailer. The fact that no one from management ever called me shows they don't care about service after the sale. If you but there make sure you do a thorough test and inspection before leaving the lot.
