Took my 5th wheel in to have new slide out seals replaced. The guys had it in and ready to go in just days. During their inspection it was found that I had a very bad soft spot on my roof. Kenny and Trent called me to look at the issue. I figured It would be months to get it back with what had to be done. These two guys worked with my insurance company. After the insurance company settled, the guys went to work removing everything from the roof. I was called again to come and look at the extent of the damage. During the time of repairs Kenny kept me apprised of the ongoing status of the repairs. I had my camper back within 2 weeks. I know if I would have taken it somewhere else I would have not been kept informed of what was going on nor would have gotten it back within 2 weeks after they started on it. I am very happy with the communication and the service that was provided to me to get me back on the road. I personally thanked everyone involved with all the repairs thank you and will definitely recommend them to anyone else needing service.

DO NOT buy anything from these people! Purchased a used travel trailer from them back in November. Ask them 3 times if it leaked or anything wrong with it, was told no, that service dept. will have it for 3 days and pressure test and check whole thing out. Picked it up a week later and got it set up at home. Just about 48 hours later, the awning fell and water was pouring in from rear bedroom and in the bathroom as we had a lot of rain last fall. Found wires tucked in under stove light/fan just hanging looking burnt and uncovered. Was told that new battery, full propane tanks and full maintance would be done. 1 of the propane tanks was no good, valve was bad we found out when we went to refill it. Battery seemed to be find. Stabilizing jacks are bent and not working correctly. Sent pix of what was going on and was brushed off. Husband went to Carolina Coach to talk to owner and he said there was nothing he was going to do about it. Now that it is getting warm the whole RV is delaminating on the outside! 10k spent on this thing! Was told to contact Attorney General, just waiting to hear back from them. These are just some of the pictures. This should be been JUNKED! not sold! Do yourself a favor and stay far away!!!!
