DO NOT waste your money on the rodent treatment they will push on you. We spent $800 on our 20' trailer and have had the worst mouse problem we've ever had in an RV. When we reported it, they wanted an additional $155 to look at the situation. Complete waste of money. We've bought two trailers at Can Am but there will not be a third. Show less

Absolutely disgusted in the service department right now as we took our trailer to them in MARCH for a few fixes and as of the May 24 weekend (which we told them we needed it for) find out they hadn't even had it in the shop yet! We told them we definitely needed it for this past Friday, my husband goes this morning and it's still sitting in the back field and the service people can't even tell us if it's ready because they can't find the work order on it! Plus while sitting in their field all that time our trailer now has mice in it 😡 So I guess we have to cancel our camping trip for July long weekend which we were supposed to leave for on June 29th! The other upsetting thing not one phone call or message about the situation. Show less

this is our third trailer bought here. We kept on saying we will never go back here to buy as there service is terrible. but when you buy a new trailer you want to stay close to home for warranty work and they will not work on your trailer if you didn't buy it here. they talk you into buying extended warranty and told it covers pretty much everything. Wrong . the service is terrible and nickel and dime you for everything. I know someone that bought a new trailer there and when they went to have it winterized were told they are too busy. This will be the last trailer. I will go somewhere else. Show less

I cannot speak highly enough about CanAm RV Centre. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with the utmost professionalism. The salesman understood our needs and connected us with the perfect RV. We never felt rushed into making a decision. The service team is really where CanAm excels. They knew exactly what to do for first time RVers. They inspected and reinforced my trailer hitch, making sure that my towing hookup was 100% safe and functional. They would not let me leave until they took me on a test drive with my new RV, tested the brake controllers and had me go through the hitching and unhitching process twice. They also gave me a hitching and unhitching checklist to carry with me. The service team responded to me needs in a timely manner as well. Although not items were dealt with as quickly as i would have liked, as they are always so busy, when they did perform any warranty work or service, the job was A-1. Show less

What an AMAZING experience purchasing our Airstream GT 27FB with the staff at Can-Am RV Centre! They were all extremely knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The entire sales experience with “Airstream Dan”, as we like to call him, from October 2020 to our pick up on April 9th was fantastic. He was always available to answer any, and all, of our many questions. A wealth of knowledge. The business end of things...money, registration, warranty etc. with Monica was a treat. Full of knowledge and personality. The orientation with Ben was informative and educational. His background in detailing was extremely helpful in knowing how to care for our Airstream for life. The reception and customer service team always welcomed us with a smile and a helping hand. No one ever tried to oversell us on anything. The service and hitch installation by Mike was fabulous. He really knows his stuff! To top it all off we even had the opportunity to meet the “Legendary Andy” and share a test drive with our rig. He definitely put it to the test, and we were super impressed. He wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty either, in his dress pants he was down on one knee replacing our defective wireless braking system himself (which we had brought with us). He provided us with many of his RV pearls of wisdom...something that will stay with us for life. What an absolute treat...the entire experience! This was my second motorhome purchase, wish I had bought my first from them. Treated more than fairly with the issues that I have had. The service department dealt with and fixed a problem when I just dropped by to discuss the issue and set up an appointment. It was a four hour wait for my RV but I left with a repair well done. Purchased our Grand Design Reflection from this dealer. They were great right up to receiving their money. When it came time to pick the trailer up, we were on our own. I had to get a worker help me connect the battery after the battery box had to be removed to empty the water from the box. Got the trailer to the park and found antifreeze all over the bathroom floor and tracks into the kitchen area. The trailer was filthy. I reviewed our experience and the company performing the review asked me if I would be willing to talk to management regarding our issue. I said yes, but never heard from them again! Like I said, they got their money and they moved on to the next sucker! I talked to other owners of the Grand Design family and everyone of them told me that they would never deal with CANAM and they went a little further north to purchase their trailers. Also at a great better price! Avoid this place. Obviously I am just 1 of many who experienced their lack of care after the sale! Show less
