Dealership upon delivery of our cougar 29 foot Hampton had an unqualified person to do the PDI with only my wife present. They didn’t repair any of the flaws that were found at that time. The RV was delivered to us the next day.Upon a couple at home we discovered a punch list that included such things as water leaks in the shower trim including the slides around falling off. Bathroom door hardware Benton not functioning. Furnace making a banging noise before starting. Wall panels loose and tried to be pinned nailed through the furnace Plenum. TV wiring not working. The list goes on. After two or more 100 mile trips to the dealership with the unit only one thing was repaired and that was the stand back up plastic mirror . And that was done by the service writer that felt sorry for us. I posted another posting similar to this I was contacted by the service manager at the dealership we had no resolution other than they weren’t gonna fix anything. The vehicle sits inside in my garage after three uses the guts fell out of the toilet in the vehicle has not been used in over a year. The fourth of this month the warranty supposedly is over with we bought and paid for $3000 extended warranty that doesn’t seem to cover anything according to a phone call to the dealer. FYI don’t ever leave the dealership unless you’re satisfied that the PDI has been done and done correctly With you present!
