This is a long story, and I will not get into the details. I'll just post the numbers and let it speak for itself. We put our camper in for some repairs consisting of extended warranty claims, insurance claims, paint claims (coverage for this is a joke) and repairs not covered by anything. Our camper was at the facility from February 20, 2023 until May 13, 2023 - 82 days. While there, a hail storm occurred necessitating other repairs. Parts had to be ordered for the hail damage repair, so we retrieved our camper on May 13, 2023, and were able to take three short trips. Upon being notified that the hail damage parts had been received, we put the camper back in the facility on July 3, 2023 where it still resides some 78 days later and counting.. We do not know when we are going to get the camper. So, in toto, this is day 262 of the year. Our camper has been at Camping World in Bossier City, LA for 160 days with no end in sight. Our camper has been in the shop for 61% of this year. When I call to check on things and get an update, there is always an explanation of "this and that" and we have to do "this and that" and a promised call back on the progress of "this and that". The call backs never occur, and I have to be the one to make the call back. I would avoid this dealership like the plague. P.S. I had to provide a rating for sales and parts, in order to submit this review. I really do not have information upon which to base a rating on these categories so I just went with a "one star". We tried to purchase the camper from this dealership but ended up going to a Camping World (Gander's) in Oklahoma City, OK to purchase the camper (that is a long story also but not germane to the issues presented herein.)
