My husband & I drove in from Pa to look at a camper we seen online. Our sales representative Rob Rotondo was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about each Toyhauler RV we looked at. Answered every & any question we had. I’m a very indecisive woman & wanted to compare 2 different RVs we were interested in. He took the time to go back & forth to each of them. Rob is a very personable & pleasant salesman. He even took the time to speak with our 12 year old daughter& about her music interests & hobbies making her feel like she was just as important as the deal we were trying to make. I feel like he went above & beyond for us!! After we were finished with the financing application I was really hungry & he recommended a lovely restaurant for us to eat at. I recommend asking for Rob Rotondo as your salesman. I was very impressed! I had to give ratings on parts/service & dealership support however I have not yet been apart of these services thus far so I gave them a middle of the road rating. Show less
