DON'T BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD Dear Mr. Marcus Lemonis, I am writing to let you know about the ongoing issues and unresolved matters we have been having concerning the purchase and subsequent service of our RV at Camping World Las Vegas. I sent an email on July 24th, 2023, detailing the numerous challenges and disappointments we encountered during the purchase process. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to communicate and seek resolutions, the situation has not improved, and we find ourselves compelled to escalate the matter further. It has been well over six months since our initial communication, and unfortunately, the RV is still not in our possession. The promised repairs remain unaddressed, and we are yet to receive the refund for the hotel stay and the expense incurred for fixing the generator pipe while on the road. Additionally, canceling our planned trips to the 2023 October Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta and potential plans for the 2024 Solar Eclipse has caused significant distress. Our primary concern is not only the financial aspect but the apparent disregard for customer satisfaction and the lack of commitment to rectify the situation. The continued delays and lack of accountability suggest a fundamental breakdown in the principles of customer service and integrity. A disheartening incident occurred when we attempted to address minor issues during the service. The service manager, Tyler Roth, displayed a lack of integrity by pushing back on essential repairs, even rejecting requests for items like a broken mirror, a consequence of the faulty cabinet doors. We, as non-mechanics, may have overlooked some issues during our initial walkthrough, but the reluctance to rectify even minor problems speaks to a concerning lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, our experience with David Lanier, the Business Manager, has been equally disappointing. We were promised a refund eight months ago, and despite multiple assurances that it was in the mail, we are still waiting. This not only calls into question the ethics and honesty of the business but also leaves us frustrated and disheartened. We understand that issues may arise in any business, but the lack of transparency, integrity, and timely resolutions has left us with no choice but to express our deep dissatisfaction. We had hoped that a company of Camping World's size would prioritize its customers and uphold the values of ethics and honesty. At this point, our main objective is to ensure that our concerns are acknowledged and necessary actions are taken to rectify the situation. Additionally, we feel it is our duty to share our experience to prevent other families from going through a similar nightmare. We kindly request your urgent intervention in resolving these matters and restoring our faith in Camping World's commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for your attention, and we anticipate a swift and satisfactory resolution.
