In the begining I had tried multiple times to reach out to Camping World in Wentzville Mo and they keep telling me they will call back, But no one does. They contacted my credit union about a trailer I wanted and My credit union told me thay would approve a certain amount . Then I told them I was interested and I needed to know What the total amount was going to be. I was told $36,489.00 .They were suppose to get back and no one did even after I made several attempts to reach out to them. I talked with Robert and Jason James and others there. Im very disappointed sofar, when people tell me multiple times they will call back and don't makes me wonder If they can be trusted. The next day I went down to Camping World and I understand why they did not contact me it's because they were swamped by customers. I ended up purchasing the camper through them. I'm waiting for them to do small repairs on the trailer and I will do more in my reviews later on. Ok I really got screwed. The repair work I was concerned about on the corners of the slide out were not resealed and they reassured me it would not leak at all and they had fully checked it out and every thing was fine. They refused to let me check the roof do to liability reasons. the damage on the slide out was hidden by new recliners so you could not see the damage which was water damage on the walls and a half inch gap between the wall and the floor on the slide out on both sides that was not visible when the slide out was out but was visible in the slide I was in. Here is the real kicker, it was not hooked up with city water so you could check for leaks. They told me that the trailer was going to cost me 38,995.00 and my payments were only going to be $455.29 a month and did not tell me there was going to be a $42,957.20 Finance Charge. for the lone. total of $81,952.20 for a 2019 wolf pack 25pack12 travel trailer. If I would have known that I would have left without it. But too late now paperwork signed .I had to go through them because my credit union said it was about $3,000 too much for them. I strongly believe I got Really screwed over. People they do not have the customers best interest in mind. They are willing to hide the damage and be dishonest just to make a sale. When I did the walk through just before I took it home they showed me that the air conditioner worked but was not cold yet and all the lights work but as far as the refrigerator goes I didn't know because they take a while to get cold. I plugged it in today freezer seems to work really good I'm still waiting for the fridge to get cold even 2 hours later. I believe the hot water heater is working I heard it kick on I did notice some small water damage by the refrigerator on the floor so it's got me wondering if one of the water lines was leaking. I will have to inspect it to find out if it's the lines or something else will post pictures of it later. Come to find out that the Dometic 3000 toilet is defective they have a bad flusher valve seal which causes water to leak in back behind a toilet which is raw sewage which tends to smell really bad and I'm assuming that when they were driving down the road with this back there the water splashed out leaked under the wall and got to the refrigerator area Dometic was very nice and sent me a replacement toilet once I gave them the serial number and SKU number .Plus I still have to inspect the roof that they refuse to let me check. But according to them everything's good their maintenance team has inspected the entire thing, I have a strong feeling they did the very bare minimum when they prepared the trailer probably just clean the tires cuz that's all that look like at that had been done. When I had hooked the city water up to it about 15 minutes later I noticed a puddle of water in front of the toilet . The flush valve has a crack in it so it was leaking very slowly. If you buy a camper from Camping World and you're there from 9:00 in the morning to 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon and they fully inspect your camper don't trust them.😡 There is a positive thing upon inspecting the roof it was in good shape the underbelly of it was in good shape but I still have to inspect the flush line for the tank and the heaters and I have to drop the belly to inspect it. inside of the kitchen cabinets I noticed had a little bit of damage but it's fixable if you buy a Forest River travel trailer do not put tape or stickers on any of the paneling the Finish that's on the paneling is so thin that it peels off very cheap quality. I tried to reach out to them about repairs and when I had made the call to Jason James I was asked to call back 10 minutes later and when I did they were unavailable. I did reach out to somebody at headquarters customer service and they sent me a $500 check so I can buy the supplies so I can do the repairs myself. Beings that I used to be an X RV Tech back in the '80s and early 90s, do not purchase Good Sam RV Insurance you will get scamed
