The absolute worst experience! 1st we trusted the sales man and sales lady that our truck would pull it! It wouldn’t so we had to buy a one ton to pull it! Every since we’ve had it our freezer keeps freezing up, we haul it in, an hour away they say it’s fixed! It’s not! There have been other issues as well. Our camper has been in the shop more than we have had it since October! The customer service is horrible and they go through service people like hot fries! I would never recommend this place! We purchased a Coleman Light from this dealership in Tulsa OK. On the first trip, the trailer literally fell apart. The refrigerator quit working, the bed broke and about 10 other items stopped working or failed completely. After we got home Camping World of Tulsa contacted me after my first review of what happened was posted. they wanted me to bring the Coleman Light trailed into their shop and they would fix the problems. We were supposed to have priority and they would get the trailer back to me in about two weeks. Two weeks turned into two months. Today was the first day I started getting ready to take the trailer on a three-day trip about 10 miles from where we live to "check it out". The trailer seemed to be OK but when I hooked the water up the kitchen faucet started leaking again and before I could shut the water off the floor was flooded under the sink and leaking out into the living area. The water is coming from somewhere I cannot see. Long story short I will never buy another RV from any Camping World again and I will never buy another Coleman brand of product, EVER! I plan on getting this fixed and buying another brand of trailer from another RV dealer. Don't use Camping World no matter what they tell you! Show less

We have taken our 2021 Wolfe Pack 13 in for warranty work 4 times since purchase in December 2020. They only fix one thing at a time, had to replace the door between the living area and garage because it was installed wrong and other small trim problems. It has been in the shop since the third week of June to replace the door, fix the trim and leaks in the garage. The pantry door won't stay close when traveling. I asked each time we took the camper in to have these things fixed. Trim was not ordered until September that should have been ordered in June. Very poor service. Would love the camper if we could use it. Show less

Thank you to Camping World for making selling our RV a great experience. We were treated with respect and fairly while making a hard decision. We loved our Traveling Home and were torn with having to part with it, but medical conditions have made it impossible to continuing enjoying it. We took our vehicle there and we’re very impressed with the professionalism and honesty for which we were treated. I highly recommend this RV Dealership.
