Out of pocket expenses even tho Manager Nash said they went through it & everything was working and good to go.. Called and emailed several times to talk to manager Nash . He was very attentive before the sale. Never received one answer after sale. One communication addrssed to him was intercepted by support staff. She said thanks for letting them know the extent of issues & Nash would get back to us. Nada. Like he disappeared.

This place will make your soul sad. Service/parts representatives are the most condescending people I’ve ever HAD to (had to because I try not to use camping world EVER but had to due to a recall issue) work with. Horrible communication. Rude and condescending responses when you actually get someone to speak to you. They treat you like you are the problem when you want an update on your RV. Do not buy your camper from Camping World.

We were new to RV buying, so we did hours and hours of research. We then went in to several dealerships including Camping World Saukville. The salesman seemed to be very new as he had to ask others for answers to our questions. I get it, lots to know about an RV, but, still was concerning. When we decided on a vehicle, we had to me with the sales manager... Very condescending, telling us we picked the wrong vehicle. Tried to push financing as they said they get kick backs from the banks. I made and offer thinking there would be some negotiation, he asked me if i wanted a certain price range, I said yes. They did not even try to negotiate until two days later. Too late. When the sales manager called back, I told him I would never buy from their dealership, he told me I was just mad I didn't get a deal. I told him it was his attitude that was not conducive to a sale. I advised him, I sent info to the corporate office, he said he wasn't concerned. Corporate office called me back over a week later. All they wanted to know is if the dealership contacted me. No Help... Stay away if you don't want to be treated this way. This review required a rating for everything, I only dealt with the sales portion.

We recently bought a new RV from Camping World and we are having all kinds of issues with it since we took possession of it in April. From day one, we couldn’t put gas in it due to a kinked gas line and the wrong style lights were installed in the cabin which won’t turn off while the battery is in operation. After having the RV at the dealership for a few days to get the gas line fixed, I immediately took it to Camping World in Madison (since it is closer) for the lights to be fixed and a blown fuse in the radio to be repaired. Almost three weeks later, I get the RV back without the lights being fixed and a bill for the fuse of $117.90 They never called me to authorize the cost of the work which is illegal. Was told they had to remove the dashboard to complete the fuse replacement and after I talked to the manufacturer, found out it wasn’t behind the dash and was located in the cab. Very untrustworthy service! I take it out for Memorial Day weekend and find the charging system doesn’t work properly and one of the sinks has very little water pressure. More issues and another trip back to get it fixed. I reached out to their corporate office and was offered a $200 gift card (which costs them $130 when you factor in their profit margins) which is no where close to covering my gas back and forth for two vehicles each trip, mine and my wife’s time and not having the vehicle in my possession for half of the time since owning it. I can’t believe they think it is OK to offer a gift card when I am not going to spend any more money there. They have already have ripped me off twice! The only power I have over a big company is to leave an honest review and try to let others know about how Camping World treats their customers. Please, do not make the same mistake and take your business somewhere else.

I feel like a Yo-Yo. I was jerked around on my financing that I was told was final and all in place before taking a ferry across Lake Michigan to pick up our new to us Georgetown Class A coach. Waltzed around while waiting for coach to be finished for delivery finally came to paper work. Buyer beware we were pressured into purchasing a $4999 Extended Good Sam’s service policy against my best judgement but their scare tactics worked on my wife.. well after almost 5 weeks we were told the financing wasn’t funded and they would try again by cutting the price🤔. Well you guessed it ! After several weeks same thing and wanted me to return the coach!!! Said I signed a form to that effect? Well upon inspection of my paperwork sure enough it was there from the first set of paperwork I was scammed into signing it I know better and had to of been placed in front under another form to sign!!!! Buyer be ware well long of the short we handled our own credit Union financing for yet less money and a better rate and term!! Buyer beware!! However in the process of sending the new bill of sale back and forth because there so called finance didn’t know how to handle sales tax reciprocity the warranty which was in my name on the first deal signed sealed and sent to Good Sam’s in May 2019 for $4999 wasn’t itemized. After sending the bill of sale back and forth trying to correct the sales tax issue the warranty was lost in the shuffle. When I asked the General Manager he said I already had that and it was inclusive in the sales amount!!! When asked for paperwork to be corrected I was rather rudely asked to cross off the sales tax figure and send back they would correct on there end!! Against my better judgement I did. Well this all started May 22,2019 first deal then end of June 2019 second deal signed and resent back( including the $4999) and finally August 22,2019 for the final job!!!!! So thinking we had an Extended Service plan all along the following June of 2020 I called Good Sam’s to see what I had to do to make a claim for repair and was informed that Joe at Camping World in Saukville, Wi cancelled the Extended Service policy December 20,2019???? I was furious I feel scammed and violated!!! I had a warranty signed sealed and delivered I have copies and was verbally assured it was included in said sale price on the third Bill of Sale!!! It is an IMPLIED WARRANTY AT THIS POINT! They since have a new GENERAL MANAGER who assured me recently after my complaint to the State of Michigan Consumers Affair Department that he would find out what happened. Well after speaking to him and sending copies of the texts and communications I had with their prior General Manager as he requested he had one of his office people call me back and say : “You don’t have a warranty” I’m now contacting the Wisconsin consumer Affair Department and the Finance and Insurance Regulatory Agency this week. This is just wrong. Con artists this is the program there all taught and passed on to the consumer.

We recently purchased a Heartland Fuel 335 from the Camping World Milwaukee at Saukville. We requested to take delivery from the Madison, WI Gander Outdoors the following Friday. I spent most of Thursday and Friday trying to find my camper, as no one could tell me where it was or when I'd actually take delivery. I was required to sign a blank "we owe you" form before delivery, after paying cash for the rig. In the end,the camper was missing the key to the main lower storage, the remote control for the generic tv sold with the unit, and the instructions and unique device code for the Winegard antenna/wifi booster. On top of that, during our stay in the Rocky mountains, we discovered at 6am one morning, with an inch of snow on the ground, that they had 'borrowed' the heater for spare parts. They had, luckily, they replaced the it before delivery, but my husband found that NONE of the venting was connected. That was June. As of Sept. we've gotten the key and a worthless generic remote that doesn't understand a Summit tv. Nothing about the Winegard code, so it's also worthless. Not even an apology for the heater issue. And I bought the Elite Support. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! THESE GUYS DON'T STAND BY ANYTHING. FIND ANOTHER HEARTLAND DEALER!

THE SALES DEPT IS LIKE WALKING INTO A SPA, WITH FRESH COFFEE, FOOD COOKING ON GRILL, COLD WATER IN REFRIDG. SALES PEOPLE TRIPPING OVER EACH OTHER TO ASSIST YOU, BUY YOU LUNCH AND A SITDOWN RESTAURANT. THE SERVICE DEPT AT MADISON, CAMPING WORLD WAS A GHOST TOWN IN AN OLD WAREHOUSE WITH NOTHING TO EAT OR DRINK A RESTROOM AT THE END OF THE OTHER BUILDING. 1 PERSON BEHIND THE COUNTER AND 10 PEOPLE WAITING TO BE WAITED ON. NO OPPORTUNITY TO TALK TO A MAINTENANCE PERSON TO TELL THEM WHERE THEY UNDERSTAND WHAT IS WRONG. I WOULD OF BEEN BETTER OFF EXPLAINING THIS TO MY DOG AND THEM UNDERSTANDING. MAJOR STRUCTURE DAMAGE IN A CAMPER LESS THAN 6 MONTHS OLD AND ONLY 90 DAY REPAIR WARRANTY IN WISCONSIN WHERE NOBODY CAMPS IN NOV, DEC, JAN, FEB, MARCH. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THAT 90 DAYS AND MY MAIN SLIDE WHICH HAS STRUCTURAL DAMAGE HAS MORE ISSUES. WHO CAN ASSIST ME WITH THIS? LEMON LAW? DEPT OF NATURAL RESOURCES? LAWYER?
