I was on the way home to Pennsylvania from California when my slide stopped working properly. Stopped into CW Santa Clarita to see if they could fix it right away. It was a Friday afternoon and all the mechanics were out to lunch. A service writer took my INFO and informed me that their best slide guy was available to check the problem. I was informed the cost Would be $199.00 plus any parts. The mechanic went over everything with me and checked out my hitch as we were far from home and he didn't want us to break down. We left about 2 hours later and there was no extra cost. If I ever have to have service again I hope it will be half as good as the service we received in CW Santa Clarita, CA. We made it home with no addition problems. Thank You CW.
