I took my Trailer Trailer to the Roseville, Ca. Camping World to have some Factory Repairs done. They were task with replacing the siding on the passenger side. About 7 panels needed to be replaced, since they were damage during a return trip from the factory. When we everything was ready, we dropped off the trailer , Took picture's of when we dropped it of, Thanks fellow RV'ers for that tip, and when we went to pick it up, well lets just say it had more damage then when we brought it in. When we brought this up they said that is the way they received it from the factory. So I would need to take it up with them. They said they can touch up the scratches, but it will be noticeable and the factory will not authorize a second set of panels to be replaced. They were rude and very unprofessional. I send an email to the corporate office and they said I would need to talk to the mfg. Camping World took no responsibility for the damage panels being replaced on my trailer with damaged panels. They did more damage to my trailer that they did fix, scratches on the window frames they fixed, bad alignment on the entry door they reinstall incorrectly, Bad sealant around everything they removed. I found extra bolts in the refrigerator access area. Yet they said the factory sent them damaged panels..... Sloppy, sloppy work! and very poor customer service. They were extremally rude and condescending to my wife. The General Manager did nothing and the service manager never contact me. Everything went thru the service advisor. What a lack of respect and service.
