The experience with the Manassas Virginia Camping World and Corporate office of Marcus Lemonis has been absolutely awful! The lack of urgency to resolve the issues, lack of respect and complete discrimination towards paying customers is disgusting! We purchased a used RV in October 2022 and are in the resolution stages of an issue which was to be repaired shortly after purchasing. Just today, November 21, 2023, over a year, we have come to a resolution, however still not a happy customer! During our test drive, prior to purchasing, we experienced a death wobble while driving on Sudley Manor Dr. The entire unit shook violently. We were all in shock and terrified. The salesman was at a loss for words and upon return to the dealership, shared the experience with his DM. With that said we were told if purchased the death wobble, along with a few minor repairs (back up lights, etc.) the issues will be fixed. This was October 2022. Long story short, our RV was in the care of Camping world from November to May when we picked it up and still experienced the death wobble! During November 2022 to May 2023 the communications with the DM, head of service department and the service department was total disrespect, turned to be signs of discrimination. Our RV’s issue was not a major concern or priority. We reached out to corporate, Marcus Lemonis’ office and felt we would get the assistance needed. Well we were wrong. We went through months of spotty communication, 2 case managers, a supervisor manager and then a regional manager got involved in September 2023. We continuously went back and forth and waited weeks to get responses. Once a letter was sent stating we were done with trying to resolve the death wobble issue and expected a refund for our vehicle, things started moving, slowly! Camping World promised to fix the issue and was responsible for finding mechanics to do just that. They did send it to 2 locations between November 2022 and May 2023, however decided not to go with the recommended fix and use in house mechanic to replace king pins and motherboard. , which did not fix the issue. After picking RV up and still experiencing issue and waiting for communication from Camping World Manassas and corporate, we took our RV to a mechanic over 40 miles away,. Remember we still have the death wobble and our safety as well as the other drivers on the road are in jeopardy. We received an estimate from the mechanic and corporate states they will only cover half of the estimate. Not acceptable for us. The longevity to come to a conclusion to fix the death wobble, the disrespect and discrimination to only cover partial is crazy. So we now go another month to resolve with corporate and the Regional Market Manager is now getting involved. We have a scheduled meeting to discuss payment of estimate and the treatment and of course 10 minutes into waiting for the meeting, we are told it needs to be rescheduled. So with numerous calls and emails after no communication as to date of rescheduled meeting, we finally get a call, Nov. 21, 2023 to have said meeting, without the Regional Market Manager. The proposed resolution was Camping World will cover full estimate with us the customer signing a release stating all and any other issues are null and void. The human resource issue with the disrespect, discrimination and amount of time to correct this issue will not be looked at other than in house as a training opportunity for employees. Camping World felt no compensation was needed. Wow! So I do not recommend purchasing or dealing with Camping World at all and especially the Manassas VA location! “If you’re not happy, I’m not happy.”. - Marcus Lemonis. We are not happy!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I would NOT go to, buy, or even look at a camper at this camping world (or ANY camping world for that matter). Extremely dissatisfied with our experience. We felt like everything went well up until the point of signing papers, setting up delivery, & fixes needed to be done to the camper. When touring the camper, looking over numbers, & deciding on a camper we felt the salesperson was genuine.... we were wrong! Don't be like us!! We bought a used camper from this location, we had set a deposit for the camper due to an unforeseen accident that caused my husband to be out of work. They were understanding that we would return with the remaining money to be put down for the camper, in the meantime they were supposed to evaluate some fixes that needed to be done in the camper. At the time of signing paperwork we had concerns about a skylight crack, a soften floor in the bathroom, & the outdoor kitchen seal that didn't seem to be fully sealed. It was even WRITTEN in the paperwork we signed that those things would be taken care of. We had the sales guy brush it off & say it will be handled no problems & when we had the remaining money to come in & get a delivery scheduled. They had the camper for 3 weeks. We had scheduled a day to sign more paperwork & set the delivery. They took my husband on a walk through to find out the camper hadn't been TOUCHED or cleaned. My husband expressed confusion & frustration as we had been in contact multiple times about these issues. The sales person was conveniently "out sick", the managers had no idea that work needed to be done, & the supervisors refused to even acknowledge the situation. No one corrected the situation. IT WAS IN OUR PAPERWORK - they wrote off & SIGNED it!! How could they not acknowledge something they signed off on? They said at one point they had ordered the parts to fix the skylight & were billed for it but then later said they cant even order the parts because they're unavailable. They pulled the old seal off the outdoor kitchen & redid that while my husband was there. The floor was something they refused to even speak about even though the salesperson & our paperwork stated that they would look at & fix the issue. They refused to come down off the price, refused to compensate for the communication fail, & ultimately told us tough shit on the whole thing..... & I thought we were having a great experience until this.... these things were discussed for hours, & written in our SIGNED paperwork. It felt like I was talking to people who didn't even speak my language when expressing the utter confusion & frustration. We had already paid for our rental spot, fell in love with the camper, & ultimately decided we would fix the camper issues ourselves because we can... but everyone in the place (except for James, he's a great guy in the finance dept. - they should give him a promotion & a raise) is crooked lying folks who just want to make a sale. They do not care what they have to say to you to get you to sign the paperwork. I HIGHLY recommend searching elsewhere or privately when looking for a camper. While my husband was waiting he overheard another dispute between another (older) customer who had sold his camper to them, he had given the camper to them SIX MONTHS ago, & he has yet to be paid for it. Just gross corporate greed & lying gross scum. I would never want my elderly friends & family to experience anything like that other customer - just a guy being taken advantage of! Nor would I want anyone to be treated the same as us, please take this review as a warning to stay away & run in the other direction. I am hearing some similar stories from friends as well. We have warned all our friends in the market for campers -- now to warn anyone else. Stay away! They don't care about you or your family, just want to make money. JUST RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION, trust me.

Went to pick up the camper on the agreed day. Once there the backup camera and hitch I had paid for 2 days prior were put on after signing the paperwork of course. Walk-through had to point out things that had not been corrected from when we agreed to purchase the week before. It was a rainy day so came out to view the progress and found my new truck that I had purchased the week before sitting with both driver and passenger windows down and my doors, seats, and floors soaking wet. Needless to say I had some words. Finally after being there for 3 hours, I was told I was all set. Go outside and the electric is still connected and the slide is still out. Storage compartment doors still open. So not really set. Drive an hour home only to find an invoice for other items that needed to be corrected and no one even mentioned them to me. Called the next day to speak to a manager and was told they where both off and asked to call back. Asked for corporate number and submitted a customer service case. They called back and said they would call the dealership and I said good luck apparently they are all off. Got a call from a sales manager that was working and explained he offered to come pick up camper and fix the items and return it to me. That happened except while in there possession I got a call from service asking me for pictures of what needed to be repaired....my response open your eyes and look at the unit that is in your parking lot. 3 items on the list and once returned of course 1 was not complete but was just replacing the a/c vent cover inside. I was like I will do it myself. They did not charge for the other 2 repairs. I did not ask for that and did not thank them for that after all the headaches and multile calls to corporate. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Wouldn’t give them any stars. My mother purchased a brand new camper in June was brought and set up only to find it had a busted reservoir tank so much for the fine tooth inspection and still today do not have a camper only being told it would be 6-8 weeks for new tank to be received and they would come back get it and take to repair then return it Ok so put your personal belongings in camper only to have to unload second time for mistake that was theirs and clearly tried to be covered up underneath with a patch that didn’t work and After paying over $60,000.00 cash money and contacting them several times with being told general mgr would return her calls and still hasn’t very poor business. They got their money and they also have the camper looks like only option is to contact better business bureau and proceed with lawyer
