The service department is incompetent in every way. They handle the warranty work for my camper so I think I am stuck using them but I can't imagine a worse place to deal with. Work is done wrong. Nobody checks the work to confirm it is done at all or properly so I now know I have to check every detail before leaving their lot. Avoid the service department if you can. Parts is not much better based on the fact that they don't communicate when your part comes in and they don't have a lot of parts that I have needed. Show less

I came in to pick up my RV on Saturday and there was a lady named Cece there she was an great helping me out. She was knowledgeable and service was great. I will definitely bring my RV back to Campingworld. I had responsive service and my RV was ready when I came in to pick it up. Show less

Bren helped and was very passionate about Camping World. She added personally to a shopping experience. So great enjoying a very needed experience. I may have to fo some repairs myself but the store experience was amazing. Show less
