The Service Department is the worst!!! Made an appointment a month in advance August 11 dropped it off. It took 3 more weeks to even look at it and order parts. Then to top it off you sign a discloser releasing them from damage to your RV. But you are thinking that their lot is secure it should be fine....

The Service Department is the worst!!! Made an appointment a month in advance August 11 dropped it off. It took 3 more weeks to even look at it and order parts. Then to top it off you sign a discloser releasing them from damage to your RV. But you are thinking that their lot is secure it should be fine. NO IT IS NOT THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER GETS CUT OFF MY MOTORHOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME THIS HAPPENED. I called 4 days after it happened to see how things were going.
They tell us that they are not responsible for this. So now what I thought was just going to be warranty work has cost me $4500.00 for a new catalytic converter. Oh just to be clear I have not got any of the warranty work done yet. (No parts to do that yet) Think twice before you take anything here. Here is Camping Worlds response to this problem.

Please be advised that Camping World is no liable for lost or stolen items while the unit is on the lot. This is not a regular occurrence, but can happen at any of our locations. I truly apologize that this happened, as I understand it is a huge inconvenience. I see noted that you will be working with your insurance to get this taken care of, and that the location was in contact with you as of 9/1 to go over the repairs that were approved by your extended service contract and parts that were ordered. Please let me know if there is anything further I can do to assist you.
