We were looking for an rv where our family of five could fit comfortably. We are super picky and had to look at about 50 before we found the right one. When we went into Camping world we didn’t have to look very much further… BRILEY WEBB greeted us and walked us thru many RVs and even called us when he found some he thought would be a good fit. He went above and beyond. He was never pushy (my husband and I hate pressure sales.) He answered every question we had with no problem and boy we asked tons.. He treated us like family , even working on his day off when our camper had a delay. If you are looking for an RV please believe me when I tell you, he may be young but don’t let that fool you BRILEY WEBB will make this hard decision easier by far! Show less

Do yourself a favor and do your research before buying tour camper. Bought our 5th camper over last 20 years from camping world, Jayco Eagle. Should have ran out of there like my hair was on fire. I have owned 5 different campers, 3 boats over the years and never experienced such terrible service. Actually witnessed on several trips to service department people having to resort to arguing and yelling back and forth over their service issues. At one point they had our new camper for 4 months and the day we picked it up discovered some one hit it with forklift. 6 More weeks because they couldn't match paint on a brand new camper? Be very wary of camping world in Jacksonville or lake city florida. Show less
