We bought a 2020 Thor Windsport 34R new from this dealership on a weekend and went back the following weekend to pick it up. They had a week to clean it up and repair anything that was necessary. We sat there for 5 hrs waiting on them to do what should have been done during the week. When we finally told the salesman that we had to go he said ok. We got in the motorhome to leave and nothing had been done. Wallpaper was falling off the walls,one of the kitchen drawers was falling apart, the dash had cracks in it, shelves were missing. Nothing had been done even the protective shield on the windshield was still on. I asked the salesman to get the manager and when he came out he told us take the motorhome like it is and leave.He was mad because he said our trade in wasn’t what I told him. I was very up front with the salesman about what was wrong with the trade in. So if you want to be treated like a piece of crap Camping World in Hope Mills N.C. Is the place to do business. TheC.E.O. of camping world has a poster that if your not satisfied then I’m not satisfied. What a waste of paper he’s talking out of his ass. Show less

Can’t complain too much about this camping world. People are nice. Helpful as they can be. I would recommend this one to everyone. They will back up their consumers. JT- salesman is great as well as Billy - in service Manager-Kelly Curtis was great in going over everything. Ask questions, do your research on all RVs’ before buying. If you end up with issues.. please remember ... manufacturers have to send parts to camping world. Contact manufacturers to help move along things. It’s not always camping woulds fault . Yes some employees may be slackers. Find the one that will get in it. Contact camping world Corp if need be . That will get things moving along as well, if you run into problems. But with this camping world,,, we love these guys! They are awesome.. And ladies out front. Show less
