Terrible customer service and experience with this place. Went to get a tow package put on for $5,600 - walked away with a Jeep that I can't even drive because the Anti-lock Brake System and the Traction control emergency lights came on. I drive this jeep for work and it's been out of commission for a week and a half. I drive my kids in this Jeep as well. They deny any wrong doing and now I'm stuck with huge bill to get my Jeep fixed at the dealership. Beyond this, the management at this place will leave you hanging. They don't call back. They don't write back. It's been 9 days since I submitted a form on their site and still have yet to have the service manager, Chuck, read it. Fed up with terrible customer service, frustrated with the time and money I've wasted, paid $5600 to have a tow package placed on a perfectly fine jeep with 0 Dashboard emergency lights on - walk away with a Jeep I can't even drive. Purchased a brand new Thor Freedom Elite. Several minor issues on punch list were not corrected. Driving the unit one water and winterizer started running on the floor. Messaged Sales person who responded that it was impossible. The next morning there was more liquid over the entire unit floor coming out from under the sink. Apparently it wasn’t winterized correctly and the water heater broke. Next came the broken slide 2 weeks later. My unit hasn’t even been used yet and has spent the last 6 of 8 weeks in the service dept. Service doesn’t know how to fix it and Thor is refusing to pay for repairs. Camping World refuses to take the brand new unit back, offers no compensation for lost time, has a rude sales manager and a GM that never returns phone calls. Worst customer service ever Show less
