Regarding stock # 1965613Z ...2006 Damon Challenger 370 with 24,000 miles? In speaking with Tim in 3/24, 3/25 and 3/26 on this unit he said was still available on 3/26 9:00 am. I filled out the credit application 10 minutes later I get a phone call saying good news and bad news. He said the good news is that I can buy an RV that I can get a loan. Then he tells me that this RV has been sold. Then he tells me that he will look for another RV with the same parameters as they were taking more in. Then I get a credit monitoring alert they ran my credit 3 times affected my credit score and then told me the unit wasn't available. I had already spoken to Tim and had expressed my concern over car dealerships running credit unnecessarily which they just did to me WITHOUT HAVING A UNIT TI SELL ME. The bottom line is do not use this RV dealer this is the way they do business. Then I go to the website because all of their Rv's say deal pending which was not the case here. Funny thing is when I asked for a VIN # on this RV for insurance quote that is when it became unavailable and disappeared off their site. Then the manager called me to try to explain it away. I will post the audio to my personal FB page when I can over the weekend. Do not buy from here I am a single female business owner that has worked extremely hard to get where I am to have unscrupulous businesses affect my credit and give false Hope's on purchasing a unit that was never available. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. Show less

This one of the worst places to go for a rv they will screw from the start sales person took sales paper so I didn't get to see the price I did see it started at 9000 something but couldn't see hole price they called and said it was ready for pickup when wife and I arvied price was over ten thousands and buy the time they got finished giving us the warranty and road service from good sams and everything else it was over twenty thousand we were ready to just leave but got camper 2018jaco and walk thru was every pore sales person said you will need a sway hitch $400.00 dollars but when service department Hook to car hitch wasn't needed and then had to drive two hours back to findley get my money back services called and was told to call someone else to have it fixed cause it would take two months to get me in called august 2018 so it'll be Oct. 2018 this Oct.2020 had a mishap with a soft spot on a gravel road raining day where camper slid into a ditch and it was not repairable so been waiting for them to get the paperwork done to take warranty, road service, tires warranty and other service they sold us off so the Gap will be able to pay the Bank call and about it and they will get it done and will call us back and they don't call back so we have to call them back and nothing is done and when there done will call back so if you want to be screwed go to them. I bought our Mallard M26 at Camping World Georgetown KY. Today I returned my camper for service. I was greeted by name when I walked into the service department. All work was completed in timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. Many thanks to Jason and the technician, who was most helpful. I also bought a reclining loveseat with the assistance of Alex, another great young person at this Georgetown facility. To ALL, job well done. Again I am a completely satisfied customer. Show less

I had never heard of camping world till I went on line looking at travel trailers.Our agent was Greg Douglas, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. When we went to pick it up the entire staff went out of their way to make the experience move quickly and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend camping world to my friends. Show less
