We paid $499.00 to have the vehicle inspected before driving away with our new Freedom Elite and found one after another of defects and non-working items that should have been attended to before receiving the vehicle. Really feel like a schmuck having paid $499.00 for nothing.

Back in April I bought a brand-new 2022 Wildwood Toy Hauler from Camping World of Fort Myers for about $26,000 which included a $2,000 un-negotiable mark-up for supposedly things like delivery, prep and check out.... that's what I figured anyway. The day I picked it up I noticed the air conditioner wasn't working... I told them about it and they replaced it while I was signing the papers for the purchase. I had noticed also that the refrigerator wasn't getting cold but figured it needed more time to cool and I was confident, that part of that $2K mark-up included them checking it out real good... not the case... they let me roll out of there with a 2022 trailer that had a broken fridge.... I live about an hour and a half away from Fort Myers. I had to take it in and now I'm in "Service Hell" and being treated like I'm the problem. Also, here it is a month later, I've made my first payment on the loan... and they have not paid off my 2020 trailer trade-in! It's looking like if they haven't paid off my trade-in by May 26th I'm going to have to continue making payments on both trailers! Okay, back to how I'm being treated and why I call trying to get my 2022 trailer fixed "Service Hell". For example, when explaining to the lady in the Service department what happened she said to me, "You didn't check out the refrigerator yourself?". You see? I pay lot's of money. I'm a very good customer. I'm a return customer because I bought my previous trailer from another one of CEO Mr. Lemonis' monopoply dealerships. Somehow I'm the problem cause I didn't check the fridge.... Another example of "Service Hell" is phone-tag... after never ever getting a call back from my inquiries I find myself in endless arguments about whether or not they called back, you're messages we're full... you see again I'm the problem. Another example of "Service Hell" is the waiting.... and waiting... it took a couple of weeks to get the warranty work "approved" before they even ordered the new fridge. Another example of "Service Hell" is they assign you only one person to your case... that person's out... you wait... you call back... you got to figure out when that person's days off are ... It was the same way when my 2020 trailer was in "Service Hell" at Gander in Bartow for 4 months on the worthless extended warranty work.. Gander in Bartow is another one of CEO Mr. Lemonis' monopoly dealerships. I called Mr. Lemonis' office because I wanted them to just give me another trailer because not checking out the fridge was their mistake and I shouldn't have to suffer because of their mistake. I was very hopeful, after all Mr. Lemonis' saying is "If you're not happy I'm not happy!". To make a long story of trying to get help from Mr. Lemonis is a joke I'll give you some examples. One example of Mr. Lemonis NOT giving a damn is you will never talk with him, kind-of like when you call your Congress person, you just get a condescending assistant or aid. Yes, condescending... after asking for a new trailer with a working fridge the lady from Mr. Lemonis' office told me that she let me go on... and said that the Mr. Lemonis' RV empire is not like Walmart where you can just go in and return an item and get another one. Wow! She must see herself as coming down to my low level of Walmart shopper to explain to me! I'm sure, she, being a person of such high elevation as a person of the court of the Illustrious Monopolist Mr. Lemonis, does not shop at Walmart. Another example of poor treatment of me by The Court of King Lemonis is that she could not understand that this is not a warranty issue, it is an egregious breech of trust and contract. The trailer that was given to me was not in the agreed upon working condition according to the check-out service that paid I a lot of money for. So here I'm am paying on two trailers and I have neither in my possession. Reminds me of something my former Eastern European wife would say, "There is no love, just money".

Went in on a thursday with a few specific issues that needed to be addressed before a 2000 mile trip. 7 days and $800 later, i do not have the peace of mind i expected before my cross country trip. Could not tell me if tire pressure was checked nor any psi recorded on my copies of the paperwork. But the wheel bearings got packed. Could not tell me if propane smell is still coming from tanks during the one hour propane test they did. But the ac got check and cleaned. They could not be bothered to change a battery in the chirping alarm, even though that was one of my requests. Basically they will snow you into doing their expensive maintenance, but do not address the initial issues that brought you to their shop. Overpriced and underwhelming service. Won't be returning, but will spread the word.

This place is a complete nightmare and very unethical, I bought a brand new RV and they rushed and pressure me to get the sale since it was the end of the month so I went out of my way to make it work and once I arrived to pick up the RV there were over 15 items that needed to be fixed. Its been 5 months since the purchase and I still have not been able to use the RV I purchased. The manager has made promises he can't keep and I still have no RV even though I am obligated to make monthly payments and this is all because they needed to meet their sales for the month and did not take the time to check the RV prior to my purchase. Stay away from this place they are absolutely horrible and do not care about their customers they only care about their commission.

This is my second Bighorn in 2 years, model #39MB serial #5SFBG4224JE377877. I bought this one on October 22, 2018 and used it once from November 4th, 2018 thru November 10th, 2018. It has been at Camping World Ft. Myers since then. I have come to find out that the 2nd bedroom has no a/c, the converter switch, step switch, left recliner, bathroom lock, off door side flood light, and the inverter from command station is not working. Also there are spots on the floor, the 2nd bedroom door is sagging making it hard to open and close, the bathroom door trim loose, the slides opposite door does not open properly, the 2nd bedroom shade is too small, the main thermostats is going crazy, the loft area part hands and protruding nails on the right side, and there is a hydraulic leak underneath the bedroom #2. This is the last time I will purchase any Recreational Vehicle from any Camping World. There has been terrible customer service. I am extremely disappointed and will be sharing this experience with everyone. The quality of your trailers and customer is extremely poor, yet the price expensive. I do not recommend this dealer.
