I wish I would have read the current reviews. I would have gone else where. Sales isn't trustworthy. Sold our travel trailer to camping world. We were honest about the recliner chair didn't stand up to the wear & tear & should be replaced. The cost of the chair was deducted from the sale price. The sales man would replace it. Okay.. Many , many phone calls about how much camping world was asking for our camper. We looked at the pictures online & that same ugly chair was there, that we were charged for. We didn't like seeing that at all. On top of what we considered to be an inflated asking price. Show less

DO NOT SHOP HERE, DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Camping world will not stand behind their sales. We bought a 2021 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel in September of 2021, they pointed out only one A.C. unit worked. They would put it in the shop and get it working. Needless to say the camper had to go back to Keystone in Goshen Indiana to be repaired after Camping World had it for a year, the best Camping World could do was put a manual thermostat hanging from the non working unit so we could use our camper and have both a.c. units running. This was not a cheap camper, we have been making monthly payments for a camper that was kept in Davenport for a year and a half at Camping World. They refuse to compensate anything to make our most miserable experience somewhat bearable. Telling us we need to talk to Keystone for compensation. We didn't buy our camper from Keystone we bought our camper from Camping World, Camping World was the financer, sales staff etc. We will never step foot on their property again after picking up our camper today and rudley being told to go somewhere else for good customer service. Purchased a brand new fifth wheel from Camping World Davenport, ia. . Got it home and the DVD player did not work. Called them within a few days of the purchase and they are still giving us the run around and inconveniencing us. Ridiculous customer service all around from sales team including the sales manager who tried to blame us for not checking the DVD player before we left. As if we walk around with DVDs on our person just in case we buy a brand new camper and need to check to see if it’s working. We still do not have this resolved after multiple calls and wasted time. If you are going to buy something here, be certain you don’t have to deal with them again. Once they take your money, you are worthless to them. Show less

Our TT was destroyed in the Derecho last year we had gap insurance and were supposed to get a refund of $1250. Jody in finance dropped the ball and we got nothing. We have all the paperwork and emails to her. Talked with Kent over a month ago and he said we would get part of it. Still have seen nothing. Buyer beware they don't stand behind this stuff and Jody has loat all the stuff we sent her. Show less

Lyers, cheats, and thieves. Charged me $2,000 higher than sales price. Didnt catch it at the time but CPA did. Might sue to get my money returned. Buyer beware!!!!!! Warranty work and help is drag it back at you expense and time, let it sit till they decide to work on it and maybe it might be fixed. Show less
