We just purchased a used 2022 Coleman from Camping World in ChurchVille NY in October of 2023. It looked like it was in great condition and barely used. To start off the door wouldn’t seal correctly. We pointed it out and they said they would fix it during the prep before delivery. A month and a half later I had to call to set up a pick up time as we were leaving on Christmas Day for six months on the road. In the first week of December, When we went to pick it up, the power connection to the truck was pinched and wires exposed. Also both struts for the awning were shot. They said it would be done in a week under warranty. A week later I called and they said the parts wouldn’t be in until after we left and the struts were being done as a courtesy. I called corporate and they made the dealership fix the issues and we picked it up the week before Christmas, almost 3 months after we purchased it. Once we arrived in Florida, we found out both windows in the bedroom leak. Not just a little but a stream of water running down the walls! There is no way Camping world didn’t know about this issue as Upstate NY has its fair share of rain. Do not buy from camping world. They do not stand behind their sales and do not notify the customer of problems with the RV’s they sell. Show less
