Treat you like family!!! This is our second purchase from Camping World. We didn’t look anywhere else because our past experience was above and beyond (2 yrs ago). And this time again above and beyond. Our sales person from 2 years ago Connor was promoted to finance and it was so nice to see he was still there and promoted!!! It showed Camping World cares about their employees which means their employees care about their work! That is important! Every single person we talked to at Camping World from sales, finance, service, store managers, were extremely professional and we will sing the praises to others about Camping World in Apollo, PA. And to add the teamwork every single employee displayed was comforting!! I feel their motto is “work together to satisfy the customer”! Susan was our sales rep had great knowledge, experience and it showed. Most important, she listened to our needs and pointed out things we wouldn’t have thought of when deciding. Susan’s communication before, during and after the sale was incredible. She introduced us to Josh from finance who sat down explained the next steps and calmed our nerves. And he was incredible to work with!!! Great communication and caring!!! And he was extremely knowledgeable again about finance, banks and Camping World. Top notch and hats off to Josh. We provided a checklist to Susan in sales prior to our walk-thru and she passed it along to service. On day of walk-thru Shelby introduced us to the serviceman that would do our walkthrough. The camper was in the garage, cleaned, everything plugged in, and connected! I immediately knew they checked our camper up and down!!! I think it was Jim was amazing as well!!! Very knowledgeable and was very patient with us!! Explained everything and let us check everything up and down. Not one thing needed corrected!!! Job well done to the service team!! Connor managed all the paperwork from finance! He was fantastic and explained all the benefits you receive from Camping World. He explained all the benefits of buying from Camping World. He also walked us thru additional services available to protect our investment. He explained every piece of paper we signed. He made a process that you typically cringe doing knowledge and smooth!!! We ended with our walk thru of the store. Which is beyond impressive. The sales manager again took her time answering all of our questions. And she went down the checklist of what we would all need and did we already have it. Might I mention that because of our questions it was half past closing time and they waited for us! I told Connor they didn’t need to he insisted. As I apologized they had to stay late. She said don’t worry, it’s fine …was enthusiastic and didn’t rush us despite after hours. I will forever buy from Camping World in Apollo because of their employees. You can buy a camper anywhere but why not buy it from people who care!!! Show less

I recently bought a camper at Camping World Apollo. I was told that I could take it camping the day I bought it. That is not the case. The Emergency Breakaway cable was broken and had to be pointed out before I would even drive it off the lot as I have my PA State Inspection license. I asked what else could be wrong as I suspected they just put the sticker on so they could sell me the camper. Little did I know how right I was. I have had several conversations between myself and Jason the Service Manager and my fiancé has spoken with sales and service representatives when I have been unable to get through to anyone or even get a courtesy return call as I feel they are dodging my calls. A few things that I approached them with somewhat got fixed, but to this day I am still finding issues. I will never trust that location to touch my camper as I feel they do not uphold the state inspection regulations. They just slap a sticker on a trailer to get a sale. I had cracks in the frame, broken step mounts, I had a rats nest for wiring at the junction box, and a pinched brake wire in the drum. That is UNACCEPTABLE. I was also told the wheel bearings were re-packed with grease and they were not. I would appreciate someone contacting me that can resolve these issues as my satisfaction has not been met thus far. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! WORAT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! They knowingly sold me a motorhome last year that had undisclosed issues. I purchased my motorhome in Feb 2019. Because of the weather hazardous conditions, I was unable to check the roof but was told it was good. Both last summer and this summer it was at their facility. Used it once in May 2019 after I bought it and The tipout leaked. Brought it back to them. They told me the leak was fixed and offered to go in half for an awning topper. Picked it up the end of August. Dropped it off again in June because The hydraulic jacks leaked,steps quit working, etc. Was informed the slide is rotted. Which they will do nothing about since it wasn't written up and that my slide out topper "magically" fell off. The one they just installed last August (10 months previously). They stated they can't fix it and trashed the bracket. The extended warranty through Alliance is a joke. The hydraulic jacks were the only thing covered. Ive been quoted $6500 to fix the slide out. I've Called/messaged Camping World corporate offices and they wont call back. Completely washing their hands of it. I WILL NEVER GO TO CAMPING WORLD FOR ANYTHING AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND ANYONE, ESPECIALLY MY VETERAN FAMILY!
